TBH you have to look at it like this: It's enough to just open someone up for the cost of a burst. No one should be getting Hakumen-level results. (or Jin-level results. ) If we really expect every character to pop overdrive to open someone up or after opening someone up and get a 2000 to 3000 damage advantage we've gone from BlazBlue to MAHVEL.

I can't FRC for shit against mot people online, so I'm not getting above 130 damage. I'm starting to believe that if I can't do almost 200 damage every time I have meter there are many characters and otherwise winnable matches I simply am not going to ever beat because my damage output is capped. Simple math. I hate using the word new. I feel like it's an option select now. Oh, I'm new - no big deal for losing at GM. Hey, I'm new - I did pretty good at GM. I just want some real measure about what I'm doing.

Jam was my original main, I ended up Baiken because people liked that more. At least that explains some of it. I picked potemkin and sol for shits, though. I'm surprised I sidewinder got loops off.

I wasn't recording but I learned fast from Zidane and other Anjis that if you do anything but block anji's attacks you are getting hit or getting autoguarded and hit. I guess my guard bar was bad.

Man that means I'm fucking up if I can't do full corner carry 60-70% damage with 25 meter. =O

Well, one of us was working hard and one of us wasn't - he sure made it look easy to get never get hit and get 70% damage for landing a single hit and using only one force break. God damn.

GGs to that Anji I played. I have must have no clue how to play this game if I can't beat your bad character. Anji's supposed to be free, right? dumb gimmicks galore? God damn - totally safe character with corner to corner 70% combo for 25 meter.

I spent a lot of time today watching a lot of the videos and I can't help but notice what awful mistakes everyone is making. I don't get why things they've seen since CT are still hitting them or how these players are so good yet make mistakes I get blown up for. I don't get it. Basic mistakes and stupid choices. The first thing anyone worth their salt eliminates doing to get out of casuals and out of the house. It' slike they are playing rounds according to flipping a coin. Heads, they play correctly. Tails, they play like me. I wrote down some combos, though. That was handy. God damn so many of DA BES are just doing wrong things and losing because of it.

Uh huh. Yes, if someone lets me hit them and it's a 4 bar I can finish most of my combos. It's been that way for months. How about that match, though? I'm glad you think I'm at least a little better. I can't operate unless I'm recognized somehow. I have no other fuel.

That's my problem - I hardly know anyone so I assume everyone on netplay is shit (because netplayers are bad at the game) compared to people I know are good.

I really need feedback on that match - I can tell Mynus didn't take me seriously but I really need to figure out why I can't understand the fundamentals of spacing and neutral in order to stop getting hit so goddamned much.

2D prorates badly - it's longest, though. Use other stuff.
