  1. Few of them were good, the others I just missed out on. Like, I should burst a specific few Litchi starters. The ones where the staff doesn't go down, and when I'm in a position not to get rejumped in on or hit with staff on your wakeup. That really narrows it down. Otherwise you'll just do what you did in the other matches. Corner bursting is right out. It just doesn't work because Litchi doesn't have the inertia to zoom out like, say Jam does. Nor does she have a staffless defensive option or a guard cancel to deal with the jump-in. Litchi has two big dangers - one with staff and one staffless. It's really shitty when I have to hit D and eat a corner carry just to get my defensive options bacak..
  2. Being beaten by retarded characters makes me feel retarded.
  3. That's true. I don't even understand why it is I get so aggravated and upset. I'm told I should be open minded to this sort of failure, but I can't really just put it down. I see every loss as a personal failure to progress. Maybe I'm conditioned by MMO and FPS progression - you have it or you don't. we used to practice 14 hours a day in Counter strike, and to be honest the Cal-I players just had it. I played so much more than them and they were really on about how I should really be better than them by now. I can still remember the Days of Ownage. When you fail, you fail your team. You are personally responsible for fucking several people up because you are bad. I take that seriosuly because I have been responsible for many losses for my own team. I absolutely hated it. I take my games personally. I invest a lot of my time and energy and thought into them, and I'm not really getting paid for it, nor is it bringing me anything but a bad name and complete isolation. I have to win. I have to beat someone. I have to stop losing. Anyways, I'll start the stream at like, 8:30ish. Again - specific things - like, in notation things or just buttons I can push in a sequence. Room will be invite only.
  4. Only use your mic if someone is okay with it beforehand.
  5. Against you, I don't even bother trying. There are not even a handful of people here at this point I'd really try hard to play 100% legit despite them being much better. Everyone else is trying too hard to expose me, troll me, or generally make me feel like shit. You guys are usually 100% successful, so I don't have much problem just spending whole matches DPing and trying to block mixup or find holes where I can 2a or 5a. I'll try hard against certain people, and the rest I'll just DERP until the day sometimes comes when I can just hide power level and win clean. I don't mind being the worst on the site. I also no longer mind being the most disliked. I'm alone. I should get used to it and enjoy it, because it's a unique position.
  6. Well, I can get like 2 or 3 reps, but I need to be at 30. Ultrachen says so.
  7. I've barely touched CSE Bang. All I can tell is that he's much easier to play, now. I'd play him more but I honestly don't like playing him other than to play silly. I need to stay on litchi - just like I need to stay on my education. No breaks until it's done.

  9. Hit the buttons harder while training? That's how I learn Vice combos on stick. .. I could practice *longer*, but those 7 hour days are really boring. I need a job, man.
  10. Okay, I guess I took it too far - I didn't hit my car with a bat, guys. @moy I've been working on the bnbs since February. Still can't do them. I'll still be doing them, but I still can't do them.
  11. I've done that many times! Next!
  12. Okay, after swinging a bat at my car, I've thought of an idea: I'll stream tonight a practice session - everyone is invited and I'll take requests to try different things people describe, and I'll do it until I can do it like...um...three times? Then netplay.
  13. mmm... Maybe I'll try again later.
  14. It's just a game just a game JUST A GAMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe
  15. You can play my Carl, if you want. Someone liked it, at some point.
  16. Looking for more level 1s to lose to. Let's go. Room name will be - IMDAWRS
  17. Gonna play with this and report back on results. Hopefully positive. I know I'm not good at that positive stuff.
  18. I played in like the mid 90's. I bought some new stuff in 2010 and the game is all...retarded now. Anyways, I'm going to try to be more...ummm..."positive".
  19. I didn't use it because because LK was going to bait and punish it. I needed to burst the starter or confirm, and I didn't. It was already decided once I arrived at the corner. We're talking about the burst? I could hear biscuits in my head going "YEAH NOW BURST LIKE A SCRUB!"
  20. I'm gonna go ahead and say the first round I had was the best, simply because I only saved three matches, and the others are just worse, IMO. Every match I tried to do something different. I knew that once LK was in I wasn't going to be able to block, so instead I wanted to either bait or call out a move I could do something with. I j.2D'ed too much. Sometimes I got a good result (clashing with 3Cm), but more often than not I tried to out-maneuver ittsuA only to get hit because of the startup. I just wanted to make my movement as difficult to follow as I could, I guess 2D isn't the move for that. I wanted to stay away, but somehow he always had time to use litchi's slowest moves. I can never seem to figure out how to use them like that. I don't know if you really can or not in a real match... I guess I don't know how to play against my own character. There were so many times I was like "Okay, I understand the gatling table, but he's still hitting me, because I'm still hitting buttons. Why am I pushing a button here when I know I can't beat this move?" I felt like committing sudoku right there for being so dumb. I got hit with AT field a lot. I'm gonna go back and start doing stuff from the right side, since I seem to drop stuff often from it. I could not confirm 3C or continue hitting after a good jump in, that made me so frustrated, because I got a lot in on him when he was just hanging out. Usually I don't get any good attacks on anyone. I land short so often and have nothing to do but sit there. I misspaced a lot of stuff. I don't know if it was my fault or his that it came out like that. I'd talk more but I have to get on the road. I need some coffee and some chocolate. I'd post his Tao, but his tao ran circles around me. I tried to look at the matchup before the match but it only said "Tao is unstoppable". I tried to J.a a lot. I got hit lots.
  21. I had that one perfect on you in corner, but that's because you refused to block. Fraud round. I can't even do things I can do. I just need to get better before the game finally dies. I'm just bad at theses games, in general.
  22. In competitive communities you are often only valued for your success and what you bring to your team. I can totally understand what this guy is getting at. If you aren't performing at an acceptable level you are just not going to be accepted as a good community member unless you provide a really useful service. You are otherwise a burden to your team, to the community, and a waste of better players' time. So, if you aren't making good enough progress or winning enough, I suggest you invest in some equipment and provide a service to the community. Otherwise, you sink or swim by success, and that means you need to get wins in. No one likes a loser. So umm...don't talk to anyone until you are winning under the radar a lot.
  23. Next time I won't keep disbanding or throwing others out. I actually was pretty angry before LK showed up, even though the results were about 0-35 for the evening.
  24. Yup, I'm a very petty and simple person. Please do not like me. Do not be my friend.
  25. If I'm outmatched 0-20, I'm going to have fun, dammit. Let me have some fun in this game if I'm going to be the worst at it.
