Thanks for that Xiaoyu guide. It was a really helpful intro to the character. I finally got to play this game for more than a single match, and I like her character a lot. She has serious weaknesses and limitations but she's fun as hell and I'd like to learn her. On the flip side, everyone is so much more solid a player than I am. I got really angry and nearly threw a stick that wasn't mine when I got double perfected by a day one Nina that played SF4 a lot and then got taunted by the people there with me. I have never felt so near the snap point when playing these games. I cannot believe I almost threw the very Eightarc I made someone else throw. I threw my Xiaoyu guide instead. I'm telling the owner that this thing is fucking CURSED and he should get it replaced before someone loses their damn mind. I never want to feel that way again. Help! I don't know what to think of it, but I really do like the character enough to get the game (If I didn't need like $8000 like RIGHT NOW) That being said, from what little I know and figured out, I feel very fraudulent in this game. hits just come out for hitting buttons after a confirm.

It's the kind of game where you pick Testament a character and push buttons then collect money. In some cases, if you play offensively on Baiken you are asking to get hurt. It might be hype as hell and you'll cool like Nerina, but it's generally a bad idea to do anything but abuse em and confuse em. BTW: I don't think averaging out or centering the tiers of the cast really reflects their true level. Matchups change, metagame changes, people get used to shit. We really shouldn't do anything other than build a new list considering the current version, technology and meta-game.

So LK when are you getting Valkenhayn moderator? Tell me something neat about Valk vs Litchi that will beat valk every time.

I have to agree with this. Hakumen has counters similar to Testaments and Axl's, yet BAIKEN OHMAHGAWD. Everyone calls my main a cheap character...but it you know what do to you can just walk all over Baiken's, Axl's and Testament's counters. Hakumen is no exception. The only thing that made sense out of all this is that: Yes, Hakumen gets DAMAGE off anything. Do a combo or two, sit on that shit.

I CAN ANSWER THIS! This is the one I'm working on. It might require a dash 6kote like the old Challenge 7 combo, but it combos and is very fun to do. Interesting note - if they mash tech off regular hit, you have a chance at hitting them with itsuuA anyways. Play with this, as All Green can really be used in interesting, though non-optimal ways. Another Interesting note - with some high technology, you could probably force them to do something stupid on CH 6B and then get hit by All Green. Obvious once you see that anything near corner goes to 6B > 6D > stuff. This CH is useful when you think they are going to do something on wakeup, or want to psych them into doing something on wakeup. Blow em up with All Green and restart rape. Have fun! I know I will! XD XD XD

I just remembered the local anime con is happening and I want to achieve my goal of getting past round 3 and making 6 people (double the previous year's amount) to walk out in pants-shitting fear of Litchi. Sorry, can't make it this weekend. This is important. (and cheaper)
