  2. Finally bought this game and i started doing her trials. i seem to have a hard time landing her dash b after getting the J.2B to connect on trial 23. I'm jumping forward on my J.B Jc J2. Any advice? Also wouldn't mind an invite to that yukari skype group as well.
  3. yeah i got some pretty bad connections. I fought a linne and the game ran in slow mo. Might stick to lobbies.
  4. You can actually grab Byakuya out of his 2nd part of his rekkas, so be careful.

  6. rekka chainshift seems to be quite clever in baiting supers. I've been using it against characters with good reversals and it seems to work most of the time. Still trying to exactly understand what you mean when you mention 3C though. haha
  7. yeah i'll just keep practicing him until i get it down. It's just annoying is all. especially when i think i'm dashing but it doesn't come out and i get 5C lol
  8. i think the 22b sideswitch is pretty useful. it's good to catch unprepared people. though i probably would choose the damage over it.
  9. seems the delay for the 236b 236a followup for combos is pretty annoying to keep it consistent. so many matches lost cause of the follow up whiffing.
  10. Hmm, then I guess it's just a matter of playing very defensive against her even after getting in to avoid getting flash kicked back into her keep away game?
  11. There is only one matchup I have trouble with the most, and that is Vatista. She seems to be really good at making sure Byakuya can't do any of his shenanigans in the air in a way of getting in and her orb things on the ground seems to be good at keep you holding down back more often, than trying to get in, so i'm just wondering how should we go about this match? I assume it's one of those get in and she's dead matchups based on what little knowledge i know of playing a good Vatista player(only like 2 or 3 matches total)
  12. yeah my friends hasn't figured out that the webs take their grd yet. It's pretty sick how much webs actually do.

  14. Hey alfuh, how exactly are you canceling the 214 web B follow up into J.C for the double overhead? I can't seem to get it to come out in time. edit: nvm figured it out.

  16. anyone find nanase's 236 a and c followups to be a little weird on block? like how sometimes when i do 236a 6a she goes through opponents and other times she doesn't or when i do 236 a into 6c in the corner sometimes i dont get hit and other times i do get hit
  17. so how exactly are you guys playing her? i try to space, but i just eventually get opened up cause her normals aren't too great. I don't have too many, combos, but i think someone said you should always try to do combos that involve J.236a? I'm still on my second day, and i've been playing with my 2 friends a lot ever since, and akatsuki and hilda seem to really blow her up. I think you can punish hilda's 236a fireball on reaction with 236C(100 meter) but i think that depends on distance of you and the hilda player. Akatsuki can just shut you down. His Tatsu and double jumps and his ground game seem to be really solid in getting you to not press buttons, since his moves seem to either come out faster or just outright some of your options(my 2b can beat by akatsuki's 2a and 2b quite a lot. dang hurtbox on sword =()
  18. well after doing what Batousai said about holding 9 as I'm landing the second 2CC hit and then buffering 66 air dash before I'm even in the air, i'm getting it almost 100% now so that little advice definitely helped me out! Thanks a lot!
  19. IAD combos aren't that important nowdays? in any case i'm gonna try out the tips given and see if that makes it better or not. I just want to make sure i can atleast have it as an option should the time occur.
  20. i'm doing it out of 214 B/D. It's funny cause off a fatal 3CC, i get it almost all the time.
  21. how tight is the window for The IAD input on 2C©? I was messing around with it for the past few days, and it seemed like sometimes I wouldn't even get the IAD to come out and would just get the 7 jump. I realized that when doing 2C© I don't need to hold the stick down which makes it more lenient, but still can't get the timing after the second C hits just right.

  24. GGs to everyone I played. Played a guy named arbitrary-asian that was pretty good, though i failed to do perfect oki most of the time and got 2a'd a lot.
  25. GGs to everyone i played. Played a new player learning Amane and he slowly got better after awhile. I put so much time into trying to learn Rachel that my Bullet is suffering now. lol
