yeah Me and DWB had discuss about this a few months back and it is a interesting thing you can do as you can also cancel out of 2D into late thor into 5A stuff on landing assuming your opponent was already on ground by time you execute this intention.

yes please do because its amazing how we still have players who dont know the difference between reaction and just purely guessing by pressing buttons because they thought something was coming. also if possible please extend an article of your philosophy about "offense and mix up / pressure" to open up opponents. that caught my interest

wouldnt that still make a tier list relatively similar to the usual ones we have of them now? slight changes would basically be characters with more tools towards the top of the list but it should look almost the same or is the usual tier list not already taken into account their attributes when assessing all characters in their effectiveness as a whole? i mean when i look at a tier list i think to myself.....clearly litchi or haz or kokonoe has alot of tools that gives them good attributes as a character thus they are higher on the list. unless we talking about something else regarding "attributes" like how their stuff sounds on paper alone versus how actually useful it is in BB then i fail to see the reason behind that request because id just shoot you a response telling you to look at the current tier list and if that aint evident enough of who has good and bad attributes then idk wat to tell you. just sayin.

again, its corrects any fuck ups on a 2D starter on an airborne opponent as in some case if you do a 2D at a certain height on an opponent they will auto tech afterwards and thus make d.6B whiff effectively dropping the combo. d.5A will help prevent that from happening as in also situations where later half's of combos it helps them from also dropping early on you due to combo time decay. thats what its use for. in short as i said before: its a combo drop safe tactic basically. also you already answer your own first question so i skipped to your second question.

simple answer: d.5A corrects any fuck ups on a 2D attempt that alters the hit outcome afterwards on an airborne opponent. in some cases 2D > d.6B will whiff on some characters. its a combo drop safe variation basically.

You can do it with or without dashing. It does 2.8K atm in 1.1. Its unknown how much it does if implemented in CPE. I checked it out a few days ago but failed to comment further about it. same reason as Luna ~ kinda busy with work and all.

Well overall ppls opinion about her is that she is generally a inferior version of Nu-13 whose primary functionality serves similar to mu-12 in CP2 but more towards a zoner resemblance of Nu in this aspect if that makes sense. the idea is like mu12 but more zoner while mu12 was more like a Nu 13 but with a pseudo ragna twist to it as far as her normals are concerned imo. But because she almost plays like Nu 13 but more limited in terms of zoning pressure options she is less effective overall since her drives don't gatling much like Nu's does. thus her control over her opponents options in neutral seems to play out rather lack luster to a degree and requires either meter to further assist in mix up or other methods to make up for her offense. even her crescent saber curves extremely close to her unlike NU's whose version is further out making it more viable for mix up if needed. just my opinion on the matter

Well since we talking about iterations of characters ill just throw out some notes of noel from my experiences. Noel: CS2 > EX > CP1.1 > CP1.0 > CT > CS1 CS2 she essentially was the 2nd best character in the game tier list wise behind Makoto. Ridiculously good damage and good + normals. anti air option selects and the infamous Haida loop that dropped 5 ~ 6K on board for no reason. Easily the best noel overall. EX was her 2nd best and is my favorite iteration of them all. still had great + normals and her pressure game was very solid with great frametraps and pressure resets that can easily net her 3 ~5k if opponents were hitting buttons. Lost her anti air option select. Had access to her Haida loop still and consistent 4 ~ 6k damage with it and pissed out heat like Hazama with full stage corner carry when used. Access to her SMP loop having the most consistent variant of it in the game netting her 7 ~ 8K off it and near 80 heat off it as well. drives vary on usage for different players. 4D was the gawd on FC basically 4D = 5 ~ 8K. CP 1.1 & 1.0 nerfed normals and pressure. Mix ups is stronger by drives. Drives sped up. frame advantage nerfed. still decent consistent dmg. First iterations to have her own way to end hit confirms into a complete combo midscreen via chamber shot without sacrificing heat to RC into a 6A to launch into a 2k combo in every other iteration. First inclusion of her own oki. Drives 4D , 6D and d.4D are now able to bait dps and DDs. 22B oki is solid enough to maintain control of opponents wake up but lacks a way to force respect on wake up in a way that imitates tru oki like rachel's George XIII oki that allows you to not have to commit into anything on their wake up. 4D anti air viability is nerfed. CT she was pretty good. Had +3 5A. her normals were very good for frame advantage. 2D was an OH back then. 6C was an anti air was well with Invul frames. Haida loop and good damage. limited mix up and lacks alot of her gatlings she has now in CP or from EX. incredibly slow optic barrel and was impossible to use it. took over 30 frames for it to even come out by that time the opponent isnt even in the location of its initial intended use. solid overall for her first start. potential was there. CS1 she was... terrible. mix up was still not that great. frame advantage was nerfed. did great damage but had poor ways to obtain it viably outside of 5D being fully invuln and an occasional 2D. 5D easily was stuffed with a throw if you knew it was coming. risky to play and was bottom tier with rachel and tager at the time C tier. Wasnt really tournament viable as her neutral game is always a weakness she had in every BB. Very slow optic barrel practically useless as her CT version.

j.4D no longer Fatals. it was stated as a nerf a while ago. Her new fatals are on 5D and d.6C unfortunately

Quick question. Does anyone know how to do a dashing "22A/B/C" input. Essentially doing a microdashing 22C input in BB. Ive seen it being done a few times and ive done it a few times but is inconsistent about how to exactly execute it specifically.
