  1. Happy birthday to our beloved sword spamming yandere
  2. Im only having troubles 2DD>22A>6A, im ok with the rest
  3. Nu vs Azrael Nu vs Bullet Nu vs Mu Nu vs Noel
  4. Episode was ok, well every episode with Terumi kicking people left and right is. If i remember correctly in the game he had mentioned noel's origins to her, about the prime field devices and the rest of the murakumo units, sad they left it outside this time. Kokonoe's monologue about terumi being one step ahead pretty much tells that she is gonna send lambda straight at the altar to fight terumi. Probably terumi will kick both of their asses, lambda will temporary loose functionality and then she will jump in front of ouroboros. So many good scenes left outside -Hakumen and tsubaki -Lambda vs Nu -No mention whatsoever about the past etc etc Oh well, its still ok. Hope for the ebst for the last 2 episodes.
  5. Some yoshiki matches vs Ragna vs Hakumen vs Bullet vs Hazama vs Jin
  6. Well i was afraid of that Shame
  7. Did they include Hazama mindfucking noel into desperation this episode?
  8. I watched that vid some time ago, as well as most of protoss matches uploaded, the guy is incredible i can't even comprehend how he does all this stuff. I will try to copy some stuff, thought i don't know how it will end given the skill difference :S
  9. So basically, if i am not confident in my play, the safest way to go around mode switching is after a mode change combo from dia that ended in 623C and throw Oki, did i got that right? Thanks for the advice, i will try to incorporate it in my play that's all over the place atm
  10. Aren't there any tips or suggestions on the general idea? Cause in every situation i find myself i think that dia is better. Tried some matches today, did some damage in dia then i said ok, lets try for a big combo. >Switch to luna >proceed to get wrecked all over the place
  11. Guys, i don't get this character at all, when am i supposed to switch modes? I end up spending all of the match in Dia, seriously this is depressing
  12. I have been playing ragna for the last 2 days, i think i will stick with him. Thanks all
  13. What are the lambda torture scenes everyone is referring to? The flashbacks with the scientists experimenting on her?
  14. HY HEART LAMBDYYYYYYYYYYYY Oh god, my heart melted with this episode. How in the world was this mess of an anime able to produce an episode that was actually a positive addition to a lackluster part of the original series? I had dropped this after the first episode, because i found it a weird mashup of scenes from the games with some quite embarrassing moments and all of this being quite badly animated. I wanted to pick it back up for some time but i decided to do it after i heard there was a lambda episode. At the second episode and after this i looked it from a different angle. It was a quite enjoyable way to remember the events of CSEX, much more relaxing and entertaining. I would never recommend it to someone who has not played the games, but for fans of the series its very entertaining, if you look at it off course with no expectations. So yea, i enjoyed episode 2-7 a lot. I actually hadn't watched anime for about a month, but it was definately a nice way to "come back" (off to catch up with HxH now). And then episode 8 came, that was excellent. Actually it wasn't only the feels, Ragna was pretty good especially with the realization he came to at the end and kokonoe was pretty funny. Apart from that the anime in general had some pretty good moments like Hazama raging after tsubaki and noel failed to kill each other at episode 7 and tao being the awesomeness she is. And seriously i never found noel annoying in the games, but here well....she kinda does annoy me :S Anyway i always thought that BB's story had potential in an anime adaption given of course the correct studio. Well Alter Memory is definitely not the masterpiece of the year but its not bad for a fan of the series. They might have actually gotten a better studio to adapt it if they waited maybe a year or so. Well KG doesn't have the hghest budget of them all. So all in all, looking forward to the next episode. Actually looking forward to Hazama-Ragna-Lambda at the climax. Im ready for Sugita's and Nakamura's awesome voice acting to blow me away, and of course for lambda's cuteness to shine once again. Anyone knows if the DVD's are selling well? Preorders were decent i believe when it first came out.
  15. Hazama - i was always told he is quite hard, is he easier this time around? Hakumen - played him for a while, will consider him again if nothing better comes up. He is a bit too slow though, i would gladly sacrifice some damage for some mobility. Ragna - the one i am closer too atm Azrael - will try him out a bit, but i somewhat prefer ragna over him.
  16. I have a main, but i could use some help deciding on a sub. Thing is, i like pretty much all of the cast, except from Nu that i absolutely love (main, no questions asked) and tager/lichi/carl/makoto that i don't really like. I have been jumping from sub to sub during the whole duration of CSEX, every time i pick one, learn his basic bnbs, do some challenges, get some simple matches, watch some videos for about a week and then hop back to Nu (lambda at the time) and then to someone else. I have gone from Noel to Hazama to Hakumen to Ragna to Mu to Jin, back to Ragna, to Tsubaki and finally to Tao, before i quited CSEX until CP. So basically i can't commit to anyone. Right Now with CP i found Nu as stressful as it gets so i think i could use a sub more than everything to get me to relax a bit. What i am looking for: -Not being stressful at all. What i mean by stressful: When i play Nu i have to worry every time i throw a D because of how punishable it is with its long recovery etc etc and her bad defensive options. -Having some decent defense. Not looking for a defensive beast, but i want to have at least a couple of defensive options, like some fast pokes that i can use to get out of some pressure, or even a DP. As above, these things put pressure on me. -Being relatively simple. Nothing as complicated as Rachel for example that i have to do tons of homework in order to understand, or something like mode changes etc etc. -Decent neutral game. Again, doesn't have to be as good as lets say Tao at that part just above decent. Im between Tao-Ragna-Terumim but im open to other ideas as well. Any opinions?
  17. I know how you feel OP, its crushing to have tons of losses no matter how hard you try. Its even more crushing when you are at 1 hit away from a win, but you get turned around and get astralled in the face. 4 times in a row. I was at 0-150 when i stopped counting, it probably has gone waaaay higher now. Not even joking. This game is incredibly hard. BUT Eventually you will get there, you will see all the work you put into this finally pay off, and you will enjoy it. So just endure this and keep going. You can do it, just remember that.
  18. >Had dropped this after episode 1 >Lambdy episode picked the fuck up with with the force of a thousand gravity seeds
  19. Thanks, i was also looking at the following: [dia]4B > 2DD > CT > Dashing 3C > 22A > 6B > 214B > 5C > 6C > (236C attempted) [dia]4B > 2DD > CT > Dashing 236D~C > 22A > 6B > 5C > 2C > air ender (~3500, ~16) Are they practical in a match? Basically i am looking for a Dia starter that can lead to respectful midscreen damage with gravity/meter.
  20. So kinda slow, but i learned the beginner's combos suggested at the combo thread http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?15786-CP-v-13-Combo-Thread&p=1475910&viewfull=1#post1475910 And im missing 5 challenges i think. Got kinda used to the mode change in combos, and doing progress with the supra kick. Sooooo, can someone point me to a direction, combowise so i can actually try playing a couple of games? Not looking for optimals, just practical and easy. Still messing with the modes thought, like trying to throw 236B in Dia etc. So hard to erase muscle memory :S
  21. Yeah, pad here too. Thanks for the tips, will try harder later.
  22. yeah, i actually am in the same position. Got some progress with the mode change, now i can actually do the basic combos that involve it. Also you can practise a lot better after you get the frustration of your chest, who would have thought :S But my left hand is in shambles. Seriously, it hurts like fuck. And oh God, that flip is so annoying. I can do it OK raw, but at combos it always comes out as cavalier or 3C
  23. (Luna) 5DD > 236B > 22A > 5DD > 4DD > 4B > 2DD > air ender Does this one works on all characters? Because i really can't get 4b to connect on platinum and noel (too far) while it was ok with some others i tried.
  24. (Luna) 5DD > 236B > 22A > 5DD > 4DD > 4B > 2DD > air ender Does this one works on all characters? Because i really can't get 4b to connect on platinum and noel (too far) while it was ok with some others i tried. Oups, wrong topic. Sorry plz delete
  25. I don't play a lot online, figured there is no point if im going to get wrecked, so practice it is till i improve a bit. Problem is, the whole thing is so much different. I tried a lot to throw away my mashing habits in combos in CSEX, but no i feel that i have to adopt them again. Basically everything i got from CSEX seems to hurt me now, its like things got a thousand times more complicated.
