  1. Same as the guy above, while trying to rekindle my passion for BB i picked up Mu too. I like her playstyle, so i might take this seriously, but i am an AWFULL learner, so if someone could point me at the right direction i would appreciate it Im practising atm 2a-2b-5c-2c-3c-SOD for midscreen and 6b-sod-6a-5c-2c-jc-j2c-j6d-2b-6a-jc-j2c for corner, what to learn after these? sorry if this is not the right place

  8. How are Nu's numbers in comparison to the other members of the cast? More or less than the average? Anyway seems like we are gonna be one of those charachters that won't be using OD that much.

  10. Was refering to the general idea more than gravity->TK, my fault for not specifing To rephrase, those 2 are still our basic big combo tools, right? I mean gravity->6A->TK->stuff for big damage. Most of the Nus i see count mostly on CT for their damage.

  13. I will strongly consider spending the entire match in Luna mode vs Bang and Hazama (except face lift combos), two matchups i play a lot and have a hard time.
  14. Haven't seen anything from yoshiki in CP, he didn't quit, did he? Goro is the one im most excited about, he also hasn't appeared a lot like protos/tsukasa but he got 1st at last week's tachikawa so i think its safe to expect big things from him. Lets see if at this iteration my dream of seeing a Nu/lambda get a major tourney will come true. Anyway, wanted to ask about throw(Dia)>5DD>Face Lift >2DD> spike chaser(Luna)>5C>2C>stuff that i saw here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqtwbAHN6sc#t=1h17m48s (start of 2nd round) He dropped the combo, but whats the max damage we can get from it, if anyone has seen it anywhere else? Guess though we are gonna have a harder time landing those with oki nerf/empty jump gone,loved that j.214D cancelled into throw.
  15. Seems that the number of Nu's went up by quite a lot from CSEX. I remember watching only yoshiki, purotosu, tsukasa, mamman and naga from back then, now its a new Nu ever second vid or so (which is good of course). There weren't that many fans of Lambda, huh?

  17. Oh somehow i had the idea that sickle after cavalier was only after counter or character specific lol. Gonna try that. Now to the main part. Finally i got the common sense to incorporate 4B to my play. So my question is, is 2DD combo-able after 4B[2] at all times (if the other guy is crouching)? Sometimes he is just too close, im i not delaying it enough? Basically i plan on doing this 4B[2] > 2DD > 214A > j214D > 66 > 6A > 6C > 236C > 66 > 2C > 5C > 4B[2] > 2DD > jDD > j2DD > jc > jDD > j2DD > j214D(3739/55) Now on the corner. I always do challenge 13 stuff->236B->RC->5C->sickle->214D~c->Cavalier-> backdash->4B -> 2DD-> air jugle However, i always see dozens of variety in every online match i see when it comes to what i do after the backdash. Some do 4B,2C,5C or 3C etc etc. Just which one is the best? The differances between them?
  18. quick question: trying to optimize my combos from TK-crescent and rapid. Im doing this atm: TK->Rapid->5DD->Cavalier->dash->5C->6C->6DD (after wallbounce) ->air jugle for 4034 damage at the cost of 50 heat for the rapid. Is this optimal? anything better i could do from TK->Rapid?

  20. So much being posted lately, thanks to everyone who contributes to these. Just some personal thoughts on the information: >no black/pink pallete SAD >ν doesn't have much of a story. EVEN MORE SAD >changes to 4B That might actually benefit me as a player, since i couldn't do proper spacing with 4B[2] and ended up hitting the first hit also about 50% of the times which gave the other guy time to see the overhead, but i kinda liked it that way, made it more difficult/interesting/rewarding, now its just ... more plain. >Air throw damage changed to 1400. Ok don't know how to feel about that since it seems that not it will have meterless followups, maybe i would prefer it to stay the way it was. >5D jump cancel on block Thanks Kaqn! >New palettes Ok, decent or even good colors, just not the pallete of my dreams like the black/pink eva one, or the black-orange hair of ragna in CS. >bigger calamity damage in OD Awesome. Love the amount of changes, feeling excited about learning Nu from 0 again! Although to be honest it seems confusing, X can be used in λ mode but not in ν, Υ looses z properties in λ mode, gets them back in λμν-SUPER OD UNLIMITED mode, forgot almost all of those stuff after 5 minutes. PS: Where to you people get these information from, Japanese players twitters/blogs?

  23. I thought it was a usual problem, well at least it is over here, so it feels kinda harsh taking into consideration how punishable lambda feels to me.
  24. So, people in the CP general thread mention that negative penaldy now depletes all of your barrier at once. How do you people think that will affect us? I mean we are zoners, our girl will be one of the charachters that gets affected quite a lot by it. Personally, considering crush triggers are also in the game, i pissed my pants.
