Eh some people are hoping Leixia's brother will be a Kilik-ish character, but that's the only lead we have. We don't know how old he is so he might be too young for the game.

Not interested in him, but he fits in the Soul Calibur universe more than the Star Wars crew [Yes I still haven't gotten over that >>]

I'm with you on that one. Coupled with the fact she has amnesia, I'm really intrigued. Wonder what happened... don't think I missed anything in her story in IV. I think I'll start off learning Viola, Zwei, and Pyrrha. They look the most appealing to me in design and playstyle.

According to those forums, Teddie is playable? I thought that wouldn't happen with him being a host and all. Did I miss something? o.O

I guess it's because the art styles kind of clash, and if you try to make the concept and 3d models look exact you end up with monstrosities like the character models in Star Ocean 4.

Can someone explain how the Optic Barrel hit Relius around 1:08 in the video >_< Doesn't even look like it touched him at all. Other than that, those combos look like they'd be pretty fun to learn. Anyone know how strict the timing is? =/

I can see them abusing her spindash and Relius's command dodge. How easy is it to punish the dodge? I suppose we could bait it out... And I haven't seen a super damaging Relius combo yet, all the videos I've seen probably went to 3-4k, but I'm probably just not watching the right stuff, idk. =/ If anyone can find me a video where he lands 5k or more I'd be interested in seeing it.

It's good you guys have people willing to try >_< There's nothing down here where I am [only thing we have is Box Arena and they don't do BB anymore from what I recalled] and Winter Gamefest only comes once a year so my opportunities to train locally with new players is pretty hard to do. But I am glad I got the chance to play new people and learn a few new tricks. I just wish we had more chances ;~; My friends have been trying to get something going down here but there's just nowhere to go anymore. We used to do it at my highschool but only about 3 people ever played Blazblue with me. I need better ways to spread the love =[ EDIT: Stupid me I forgot about SoCal regionals. herp

^^ I don't know why I don't think like this, but I wish I did =[ It's just we still have an insane amount of Ragna's and Jin's running around that don't know what they're doing at all [but I suppose that's really inevitable, I can't expect everyone to be halfway-decent] My hope is that he doesn't end up being a bad-rep character like Nu-13, CT Noel, or CS1 Litchi/Bang in the sense everyone will DC from you upon seeing your D-card. It's hard to build up character rep online, and so easy to strike it down. =/

I haven't used gimp in years so my knowledge might be incorrect, but there should be an icon above the layers window and one of them should lock the transparency.

It's still gonna be hard as balls to get her though, considering everyone discovered what a snap-back is. I still want to use her, but it's gonna be hard to play it safe in a game like UMvC3. e.e And Strider Doom isn't that viable now since it takes 3 bars for the real chipping to happen and Doom rocks aren't as good as I remember them. It's probably gonna be Strider Ammy or Strider Dorm or something like that.
