Really? Because everytime I grab a noel out of fake ass drive pressure I get called a masher. Every time I mash 2a outta bangs overhead because they did 5a>5c I get called a masher. General. No one says, "good poke" they say "Good mash" if they know what they're talking about anyway. American players think mashing is so fraudulent they curse the thought when BB is mashing. You guys don't think JP players mash, too? :V You don't wanna mash go play GG. Though, no matter the term me and Moy said the same thing, to an extent. Although, as he said "Mashing like a retard" isn't always as retarded as people think. When you know someone is doing fake ass shit and about into go into some kind 50/50, why would I sit there and try to predict it when I know that if I just hit 5a I'll be okay. Valk is the perfect example of a situation like this. People don't know Wolf form is sooo mashable so they just sit there then take big damage off of whatever he wanted to do simply because they give way too much respect. All I'm saying is don't discredit all mashing, but I do also agree there is a point where people should just learn to block, cuz when you get a heavy duty masher who is jsut hitting buttons for the sake of it, it gets kind of annoying. Though, when you know this it's easy to deal with if you know what you're doing.

When I say mash I don't mean just start smacking a button. What you just said is mashing out of pressure. You hit a button, got out of pressure. No matter who you are fighting they're going to call that mashing. Not 'reacting and hitting a button.' Theres a word for it. Kind of goes with what I was saying with, "Knowing when to and not to"

Mashings legit. You get hit, good shit on their part. Mashings very much a large part of this game. It is good to know when to mash and when not to, thats also a big part. Litchi is the perfect example of a character you have to mash, otherwise you're sitting there blocking forever against a very heavy mix up character. You're getting hit eventually unless you get the hell out.

Well, mu can gatling it into 5c on block or hit and it'll keep her protected, plus even if she whiffs the 5c she still hasn't dropped the combo if the 2c hit. lol GGs Tempest, I wish I could combo. =V Execution is so bad on my part.... its like, I can kinda do it in training mode and sorta offline... xbox live its okay for me then psn its just like NO. lol >.< I plan on playing psn moar and maybe after I be a training mode star for a while we could try that again? Well, 5c actually lacks any air invulnerability, so does 5a but it has so much more priority than any other move and good range that deep jump ins are really bad against hazama. 5c is great if you actually hit it of course but you gotta KNOW they're jumping in, like, its great vs. IADs. lol Because yes, it does give way too much reward even without 50 heat. 4k~5k and pretty much all your meter is pretty. Edit: Is anyone online right now? I wanna see if my PSN lags, anyone up for some matches?
