Hey LK. I have an issue that I've noticed in my past games against stronger players. I win a lot, but the second people stop blocking, I start losing. :V What I mean by this is, they abuse their wake up options to simply get out. Not like Dps or anything, but I mean annoying stuff like backdashes. Essentially what I'm asking is this. What do I do about backdashing with Hazama? Whats my best options you think? I plan on working on this on my own, but I'd appreciate your input. Characters I'm more specifically concerned about are Tao and Litchi. lol

Who plays ABA? Also, might I ask which characters NJ is lacking?

You heard about my Hazama? =D ~Giggle~ Yeah dude we can play whenever, I'm on xbox every now and then, but I mean I hate CS:EX netplay at this point myself so I don't play very often. XD As much of a hypocrite I sound like right now. It's just I hate psn netplay even more. xD So naturally I fall on xbox when I do wanna netplay. Also all my bros are on xbox. See, thats what is killing the XBOX community. =V Us Xbox players need to kick it in effing gear and show some system love! lol Not only for our console, but for BB as a community. If xbox dies not everyone is going to go over to the ps3 and eventually will fall off of the game entirely. Our community is so small already, we don't wanna kill it more. In fact, we really need to be hyping this shit up somehow and get some ps3 players to cross over here. Like, seriously, Skye, if you can, show as many michigan players as possible how much better the netcode is on xbox! SO maybe they'll follow through. Our plan should be, if we can get some ps3 players over here, more ps3 players will follow, until a cycle occurs! Who knows, maybe one day ps3 players will be bitching about how no ones online over there. =p

I don't know, if SFxT had Q in it and Cody wasn't dlc, I probably would have picked it up anyway. Though it doesn't, so screw that game. :p Edit: Venom forums aren't really that good. :V I've been watching a lot of videos but still don't get how to combo even with this guy. lol

Well, I'm just saying that there are times where you can roll, but mostly it's a bad idea. >.< You can use it to take advantage of your opponent if he does something stupid, but thats basically it. I guess you're right though about option selects taking it away I suppose. =V I do always accept learning. I don't know if I agree with BB being so one windowed though. lol I do agree that GG has more freedom, but I think you're not giving BB enough credit. Though, I haven't played GG too much. =l I don't know we will see. Speaking of GG does anyone know Venom that well? I really need some help to get a hang of this guy. Any tips would be super appreciated. >.<

Well, it's not really dead yet. Everyone plays on psn, though. I do think it will die, though, after P4U is released and GG comes to XBL arcades and what not.

Well, for me I love both games honestly. Though, being a BB player primarily, BB is the game that everything just feels right. When I go to other games and I play them certain things put me off because I feel like they should be like BB. That's what I'm getting from you, except GG instead of BB. Also, I feel like BB knockdown actually adds to the depth. In all honesty, tech rolling stomps noobs out. Like, if you know what you're doing and you're going up against someone who loves to try to techroll away, they are taking damage EVERY. TIME. Tech rolling is unsafe and is extremely easy to punish even without prediction and without worry of losing your oki. It's just so easy to reset a combo this way or just stack on more damage on an opponent waiting to tech roll away. Knowing when and when not to roll adds to the depth. Very rarely, do you actually get a chance to roll when fighting someone solid, but when you do, do it. I feel like if you actually played the game a bit more that wouldn't be as much of a problem for you. Plus there are so many characters now who give you absolutely no choice but to neutral tech. Hazamas 3c 214d~A forces a neutral tech no matter where he hits you with it. If you decide to try to delay your tech and try to roll, it's very easy to pick you off the ground again with 5c to stack on more damage to the combo and get free meter just to put yourself back into the same situation. Litchis distortion is the best Oki in the game and gives you ABSOLUTELY no other option to block in the corner. It also makes it hard to see what she is doing. Also, generally if she gets a hit on you, she's getting 50 meter and bringing you to the corner, so getting this set up is extremely common. Mus steins have mad set ups to force neutral tech and continue pressure. Relius has 214C Ragna has 22C, Lambda punishes all hard who try to roll or delay there tech with a full combo anywhere on the screen. Tager has 22D, and way too many set ups to punish every option of getting up. lol I could go on, but reallly the only characters who don't have real Oki are Taokaka, makoto and I'm not sure about Haku-men. The throw system I guess is a hit or miss if you like it I guess and I'm confused about your last complaint, but yeah. lol I love guilty at this point as well, but honestly I kinda would like the option to roll, I don't like how grab doesn't have it's own button, and I don't like how everyone can combo after dead angle. lol Though, I think both games are great and I look forward to playing guilty more in the future. I know I'll be able to get passed what I don't like, because both games are hella fun. haha Edit: I will say this though, the only thing I don't like about BB peoples options to get out when pressured. Pretty much all are unsafe when predicted but that gets a bit annoying. Almost every character has SOMETHING they can try to just throw out there on wake up, but some are a lot worse than others. Other than that, bbs my favorite. lol

Xbox needs moar players. Why can't PSN players realize how much better the net is and all just migrate over here. :V I mean, the net is still shit, but it's tolerable.
