That's a very complex question lol, watch how N-O plays. Bang is easy to zone by himself but his nails are problematic, zoning a good Tao takes skills but it's entirely possible, Hazama pretty much outzones you in many situations. I have a few videos in mind from EX and CP but I'm on my cellphone for now so later.

It was universal (on top of being more stupid) in CT, his favorite Rachel iteration, and even in CS1, so clearly that's not the issue here. Instant overhead has always been the core of her mixup, there is nothing to complain about here. If you don't like going for IOH don't play Rachel at all. As for her neutral game it is LESS linear than before since Lotus B gives her new interesting zoning options all of us can't wait to experiment with.

I'd rather chop my arms and legs off than not main Rachel, if that answers your question.

Except she's not, it's the exact same shit as BBCS, except this time they were actually smart enough to make that shit UNIVERSAL. THERE IS A GOD. A version is, B version is a very good move. BBCP Rachel is hype Again I disagree, balance looks good enough. As someone who has pretty much watched all the vids I fail to see anything that makes the game look remotely 'broken as hell' (except Hakumen OD lol). Broken is BBCT and BBCS1. There ARE a few stupid things indeed but nothing to lose hype about. Hakumen's OD, since I already mentioned it, IS bullshit and probably my greatest complaint (it makes me go wtf everytime), but outside of this and damage with meter don't forget he is not as good a character as before. Overall EX Hakumen is probably just as scary. Then Tao's oki may seem problematic as well... There is no denying that she is strong but she is not broken. There is only one Tao in the top 20 and those who get to the top with her in CP are exceptional players that have been doing just as good in the other versions. Yes there are strong characters that seemed dominant at first but slowly the other characters are catching up just fine and I have been impressed at least once by every last one of them (except Izayoi, lack of good footage). Arakune seems balanced this time around, the character is actually interesting now. Then we have characters like Valk... He's still considered top tier in BBCP and yet I can assure you that he was more broken/retarded in all the previous versions, including EX. As for low tier characters they are thoroughly represented and are doing quite good in tournaments/ranbats. Everyone seems to at least have something going for them. In the end we have a game where every character is viable (except Izayoi lolol) (and even then I know absolutely nothing about her so I can't speak seriously) and I am impressed; I expected much, much worse from the first iteration.
