Is 3C really -1? I'm asking 'cause I've seen a lot of 3C>5A frame traps recently (from N-O and others) and they got 5A CH eeeevery time. Meh... Match up with Rachel isn't that bad I think. His DP (or whatever it is) is good against her but there are ways to counter it on oki (fork). Other than that his mobility makes him easy to zone. Maybe it's just me but I'm not really worried. The characters that can keep her from summoning pumpkin safely from a distance on large portions of the screen are the ones I find hard to deal with.

Ehh, actually actually wikiの人 is Suuya, wakiの人 is a different Valk, so just leave him as waki no hito, sorry.

wakiの人 is read as "Waki no Hito" and it's actually Suuya. This is a pretty weird color palette for him but I do recognize his signature combos.

I can't say I worry too much about nerfs suggested by frame data since I've already seen what she can do through N-O and the likes and I have no concern.
