I kinda came in here to say just this. I tend to switch back and forth between the JP/ENG voices because I enjoy the way they sound equally. Additionally, during gameplay, I don't really pay attention to dialogue all that often, so it isn't like I am listening for understanding or anything. I suppose the argument is different when you're playing story mode (something I do not do), but only if you do not like to read the text, and would rather just listen to the dialogue for whatever reason. I would also agree with Airk in that some things in JP don't translate well to English. I think Elizabeth in P4U is another good example (see: CHESTOOOOO).

I've caught people with sweep before, which is odd considering there's never a reason to block high vs. Liz unless she's in the air. Anyway, I've been in the lab as well since I would like to contribute something as well, and I've found combo variants for 5B FC, & 5A CH. I don't know when anyone ever gets hit by 5B though . Edit: I just realized that I can't get 5B > 236D air hit consistently lol. I need tips; the 5A CH combo is reliant on it. Edit2: Whoops, forgot to write the combo. 5A CH (way easier on AA) > OMB > 214CD > 236236C > 2AB > 236D (side swap) > 2A > 5B > 236D (side swap) > 2A > 5B > 5C > 2C > 214B > 214CD Edit3: Thinking about making a Mahamon CMV, but my GCHD doesn't work with HDMI, so I don't know how I would go about doing it. Samsung Galaxy S3 phone video perhaps .

CaButler is terrible at this game though. There's no point to play him if you want a challenge, lol. He does ragequit, too (unless he just decided to unplug his router last we played).

You know, I wondered the same thing when I first looked at the combo. I'm not sure if it is character specific, but there's only one way to find out. I suppose I'll try it later today (or someone else will confirm before I can). Edit: Not character specific. I got it on Yukiko. The only hard thing about this combo is that it seems to be height specific. By that, I mean if the character isn't high enough during maragidyne SB, the combo drops.

Super practical ToD combo: 2AB OMB > 214CD > 236236C > 2AB > 236D > 2A > 5B > 236D > 2A > 5B > 5C > 2C > 214B > 214CD > j.C

Audio is really strong IMO. Anyway, I don't think Akihiko v. Liz is too bad. At best, it's 6-4 Liz, and at worse, 5-5 (give or take .5). Akihiko touches Elizabeth two-three times (once if it's lv3 FC Hook SB w. meter). However, the opposite situation is also true in that Elizabeth can hit Akihiko a similar amount of times and kill him. This is even more true for Elizabeth since it's possible to get meterless 4k. Akihiko mix-up can be pretty damn scary when you're conditioned to respect his nonsense. I've dabbled in Akihiko myself, and things can end pretty fast when people are eating Hook SB because they're desperate or 5K AOA combos because they're conditioned to tech throws. As Liz, we can backdash or mash out of some mix-ups. Anytime he does a duck or weave (unless it's AOA), I'm pretty sure a decent normal (5A) will CH him. The worst thing about this MU imo is Closeout Blow. 5C gets blown up pretty hard, as does maragidyne. He can weave/duck through 5B too, and CH Elizabeth with like Corkscrew SB for 1/2 life (at only 25 meter, lol). Also, fun fact: If Akihiko is committed to lv1 Maziodyne, and you're close enough, you can input Mahamon and 5B CH him into death.
