You can, lol. I was joking. In my experience of going to tournaments and watching them (which is still a very new thing for me) a lot of people downplay netplayers as scrubs. Sure, netplay isn't as "serious" as a tournament game or whatever, but netplayers can still go pretty far. I think Kuru has been around for a while though, so he's really solid regardless. Anyway, the only other Aigis players I know are Rose of Zeal, and XenoRaine. I dunno where they went.

Yeah, that's the problem, and one of the reasons why I dislike playing the same people over and over. How many times will you see meaty 5D or a 2C reset? You get used to it after a while, and it's really stagnant. Liz mirror matches are kinda wonky for this reason. Both Elizabeths just sit there and block for days until someone gets tagged by a 5B while jumping. Don't learn Liz though, because then I won't want to play you, lol. I'll still play you, but I'll despise it. Ask any Liz about the mirror, and you'll understand.

The timing on the 5B > OMB > sb.Agi is ridiculous as fuck. I can't get the Agi to hit, but Thanatos stays in the air. edit: Mkay, got it to work somewhat consistently, but you're right, they do tech. I'm going to try some other stuff out, I like where this is going. edit 2: The optimal version of the combo works on FC, however I found that doing Garu elevator puts you too far. Instead, I did x > 5B > 2AB > sb.garu [3] > 2AB > d.garu [2] > 2A > 5B > sb.Agi ender. I'm gonna try some other stuff, since I finally need to contribute something lol. edit 3 (have I ever done 3 edits?): I was messing around and found this: 2C FC OMB > 2C > 214CD > 236236C > 5B > 2AB > d.garu [2] > 2A > 5B > 2AB > d.garu [2] > 2A > 5B > 5C (2) > 2C > 214B > 236AB > 236236C activation

This game still has a pretty decent following imo. A lot of people here on DL still play it, and there're still some randoms online (and surprisingly, new faces). Do you have a local scene? If you do, are they playing? You could always make an attempt at making a local scene, and introducing the game to some people. Also, I think it's something to note that the game got 150~ entrants at NEC. It's doing alright imo.

With the Garu elevator combo, the usual route is 5B > 2AB > sb.Garu [9/8~2] > d.garu [2] > 2AB > d.garu [9~3], right? So for the sb.garu, instead of doing [9~2], I omit the [2] and just do [9], doing d.garu [2] after. Going a tad down throws me off, and usually makes me do 5A after the d.garu. I think the way that sb.Agi works is that since Thanatos was present in the OMB, he's still considered "out". It's kinda hard to explain, but look at ending a combo with 2C > sb.Agi. The Agi is faster than normal because Thanatos doesn't have to appear out of that blue haze to cast Agi.

So it's a burst + 125SP for a KO off of a practical starter? That seems alright. It's more optimal than my combo, at any rate. I'll test it tomorrow and see. Sb.Agi isn't an aerial move btw, so Liz needs to hit the ground, but maybe Thanatos is still in the air from the OMB? Garu elevator isn't too bad btw. I usually omit the [~2] and just go for [9].

I was bored waiting to play my matches, Omni. What was I to do? I agree with this 100%. While I do not want to boast, I'd say that my movement with Liz is pretty good, which is probably why I won. Labrys' normals have a lot of range though, and I suppose that got me. Liz j.B loses to Labrys 2B apparently lol. Also Omni, I see you like JRPGs. How are Star Ocean & Eternal Sonata?
