I dont know much about UNiEL, but I main charge chars since SF4, so I could be of some help. 1. holding 1 will charge moves that involve [2]8 and [4]6 moves. The opponent shouldnt have you blocking low. 2. If youre using like a 5B or something in youre combo, hold 4 insead (unless 4x does a different attack entirely.) So you can hold your charge mid combo. You could also buffer a flash kick by holding 3 while dashing. (Kagura experience.) 3. Charge times are different each game, like I said I dont know about UNiEL, but you may have to modify your inputs to accommodate for the amount of frames the game asks of you. Not sure if this info helps, Im an intermediate player at best and my knowledge shows. Just some general charge info I came across.

@StylisH-Naw, I get ya. Im aware of Kagura's disadvantages and easy damage. I think his flaws are more noticable than others. Its kinda hard to enforce his pressure and have a decent neutral game. People who only know how to do damage and little else are probably the type people youre fighting. @Fenrir- I gotta learn Koko and I cant stand looking at her, soo yeah. I mean you could find a decent Kagura or experiment in training, but thats all I can tell ya.

This...saddens me. My main is looked at in such a poor way. I mean I dont play too often anyways, but it still stings.

After CP 1.1 came out on PS3, I decided to give her a 2nd chance (Im not quitting this time, check my sig.) I gotta say, I can dig her this update. Starting combos with 5B dont feel like absolute hell, and is it just me, or is it easier to combo after Strike Fall? Regardless, I love her now. Even if I am a little late to the party. Only issue is I have even less free time than before, so I cant play her as much as I'd like.

214D is my main weapon against netplay tactics, just saying. My pet peeve for today: Gustaf Buster. I like fighting Azrael, unlike most people. Fighting him gets me fired up, hell his characeter gets into the fight, and puts pressure on me in a way that doesn't feel too cheap, but is more powerful than it appears. But I always lose to Gustaf Buster (And 6C). Dont know why, I just feel retarted every time I eat a clean hit from those things. Honorable mention goes to Hakumen Driveing through my crossups, just doesnt look right, man.
