I'm happy to hear arcade lobbies are in, they're really great in Persona.

I think they would rather just play it safe and kill them. I always go for the IK myself though haha, sometimes they shake out in time.

You can see other people's 4 bar connections with the host of the lobby, but your connection will be something like a 0 bar with America to Japan.
