  5. Anyone know how Adachi can deal with Chie's DP? Aside from just not hitting it. I'm not sure how I can proper punish it.
  6. The Xrd soundtrack is decent, but I'm very happy I'll be able to use the old BGM. There is just nothing as great as Still in the Dark, Awe of She, Existence, and Haven't you got Eyes in your Head.

  9. Yeah I know Ogawa, I checked out his new matches which was good stuff, though I was thinking more highlight matches. A Faust perfected him and then Ogawa perfected him back in the third round.

  12. Yeah, not enough hitstun left to get a sweep and gunshot in. (Near corner) Sweep->214AB->5B->5C(1hit)->2C->SH->5C->5B->2B->2C->236B(1hit)->236236D 4055(non-CH) 4135(CH) damage Edit: Ignore the edits, this one is right, I forgot about something. That's without Heat Riser buff.
  13. If anyone was wondering a cost effective way to combo off fatal counter Megidola midscreen like I was, I found SB tackle connects after it. Normally you can only get 5C off of it or go with heat riser. So Fatal Counter Megidola->236ABA->5B->5C->214A 2288, dunno if you can get better for 25 meter. I'm thinking more like if I have 75 meter I can at least get 4k+ off a sweep->SB gunshot.
  14. Another reason I feel is they get an easier awaknening that way because I won't have the meter to kill them to prevent it when they're low enough.
  15. That 10% defence boost though might mean I should just use heat riser as soon as I get the 50% meter, but I always feel like saving for SB Atom Smasher instead just so I have something to keep my opponent scared. What do you guys think? That SB stance, holy shit I need to make use of it.
  16. Just wanted to point out that short hop attacks can never be overheads and that D Megidola is throw invulnerable. However I have overlooked canceling sweeps into stance into other things, I thank you for this.

  18. Elphelt looks great, her normals changing on the gun she is using is awesome. Ramlethal is looking boring in comparison. I'm set on picking her up for sure now.
  19. I've found it pretty suicide to Ziodyne a shadow character.
  20. I'm working on cutting DP out, I use it too much as a panic button.
  21. I like to use 2B at the end, then wait, 2C as they tech, it allows for a unblockable tech trap and if they don't tech they still get hit by the 2C.
  22. Finally did Adachi's 8K combo, getting B Tackle to slide quite annoying, but I'm happy I got it. Also sorry Red for not playing you in the lobby, it's just that 0 bars make the game pretty unplayable, I'll play you next time though.
  23. I so wish 5B didn't have an auto follow up, but for a different reason, it makes it really difficult to take someone's burst.
  24. Yeah the Mitsuru match up feels really difficult, doesn't really feel like Adachi has the tools to deal with proper Mitsuru play.
