You are quite right indeed. Also, you are welcome, I always do my best to help out every now and then.

Excerpts from part 2 of the BBCS:EX Chiba Felicidad 3on3 Ranbat. Tsubaki vs. Hazama, followed by Tsubaki vs Noel (Memory of Tears) Tsubaki vs. Jin (Cross Line)

I thought the same, but I guess SNK is going the Continuum Shift II route. Anyway, KOF XIII Climax location testing videos should be uploaded by today on nicovideo; if yes, I will have the honor of uploading them to youtube.

It might be like CS Extend, where us PS3/Xbox 360 owners had to wait till we get the full CS2 experience (We had a partial experience through a balance patch, PSP and 3DS owners get a full experience. Only problem? The PSP and 3DS versions were shit because they aren't arcade perfect (This is in my opinion, to be honest)). Honestly, I would laugh if a KOF XIII: Climax Extend (KOF XIII + Adel, Heidern, Shroom, Shion, and whoever else, plus further balance changes and new features) were to exist.

It's always best to time your moves before safejumping Ragna depending on the situation, like the "2C©>236B>214B" combo you mentioned, for example. One thing to note is that thanks to Ragna's Carnage Scissors now having projectile invincibility, her j236D is pretty much useless against it now, as the fireball from it will no longer attack Ragna during a match.

That is what I've been trying to find out. Thank you very much for letting me know, pk. I will use all of the known information (Like balance changes) wisely to make sure that I will get used to Tsubaki's buffs and nerfs in CS:EX. ^^ I will also try my best to help out with all information regarding Tsubaki.

I'd figure I will help out with the Platinum section by making match-up threads for CS:EX. Discuss this match-up here.

Since I am a nice person, allow me to quote from Nini Heart's thread listing the actual changes of CS Extend.

Okay, thank you very much. I will keep those in mind once I play CS2 again Saturday before get CS EX for Graduation (Sadly).

Waiting till I get Extend myself, so yeah. Dustloop Username: MikelAL93 PSN: Mikel93 Location: Oklahoma I forwarded my ports in my router, so I am guaranteed to have a good connection.

Ok, since I main Tsubaki, I would love to ask some questions: 1). Is it okay to use the D versions of certain moves during combos after you followed them from the A/B/C version of that move? or does it depend on the situation? (Example: After a 6CC, I canceled into a C Benedictus Rex followed by a D Aequum Eleison and D Lux Aeterna, then I cancel into B Veritas, A Aequum, then D Decus to end my combo (This is just an example combo)). 2). Given from her changes in CS Extend, would you say that she has gotten better? or worse?

What's new for the home version of the game? An online download like Dark Awake/Chaos Breaker huh? Seems interesting, but I am more interested in a retail release.
-
Yes, please do. I would love to hear the OST to the game myself; as it does look interesting so far. ^^

MW3 is way more of a salty game than UMvC3 imo, and besides, WHO CARES about MW3? Now, back on topic: I would like to know what the pros and cons of my new main team (consisting of Dr. Doom, Dormammu, and Dante (Taking a breaking from using Vergil)) would be, and what order would be the best way possible for those three characters.

I wonder if you can say the same for Oklahoma, though. I would like to have another session with you soon with the netcode patch. Not to mention that while Mexicans have terrible connections with other KOF players like Americans or the Japanese, they always tend to talk trash or taunt others, calling them scrubbish, chicken (gallina), and all those other taunts. I blocked most of these Mexican players already, such as Plus1979. You should pop into Dream Cancel more often, and I would like to have a match with you in KOF XIII soon enough.

Why yes. I used to be in the Ignition Forums back then during 2009 to 2010. I used to post a lot in the KOF XII and General Gaming sections of those forums, those bring back a lot of memories. :D Glad to see that you were able to recognize me and/or my name, and like Bolverk mentioned, I can also be found in Dream Cancel. Back on topic: I finally got to upload some more color edits to my photobucket album: One of them are custom, the rest are cosplays/colors that are similar to that character.
-
Same here, considering that GSS works better with SNK's PS2 games than KOF XIII. IIRC, SNK did a test of KOF XIII with GGPO as the netcode, and it didn't work well according to Yamamoto. If this game were to have an updated version or whatever, they should use another netcode, or consult Arc System Works on netcode assistance. Customize/Player Data seems to be fixed as well from what I heard, that means that the infamous color edit glitch is most likely resolved.

Nope, still no lobbies indeed. I wish they will include that in a future KOF, or in an updated version/complete edition.

We might as well have to wait and see I guess. :P Full list of changes from Rising Star Games' blog: Ranked Match Filtering: one of the most requested additions; players may now set conditions for their opponent’s connection. When a player who doesn’t meet the standby conditions tries to enter the Ranked match, a warning message will be displayed and the match cancelled. Improved Filtering: filtering functionality in general is dramatically improved. Previously, certain connection data was insufficiently filtered and the player had a chance of connecting to opponents with poor connection quality. Now, more aggressive filtering should ensure that players are only matched with opponents who meet their filter settings. Improved Connection Antenna: the computation behind the players’ connection antenna, the meter indicating the quality of a player’s connection, has been improved, resulting in a more accurate and consistent measurement. Temporarily Saved Custom Match Settings: players may continue searching for opponents with the same settings as long as the player remains in the PLAYER MATCH/RANKED MATCH menu. Character-specific Bug Fixes: NESTS-Style Kyo and Iori with the Power of Flames no longer become unresponsive under certain circumstances. Additional refinements, fixes, and more! Translation from the Professor about patch v1.02: http://game.snkplaymore.co.jp/official/kof-xiii/info/index.html The patch is only for PS3 at the moment. The Xbox360 will be getting it as well, but there's no solid date as of yet. Rough translation of the List of changes: Ranked Match: You can now set your rooms so that players with low bars or low disconnects can't join in. Custom Match: Your room and filter settings will be temporarily memorized by the game. Connection Display: The Antenna's level display has been improved (I guess this means it won't lie like it used to) Online Connection: The stability of online connection has been overall improved (Note that it says stability, not speed.) Player Data: Fix(es) have been made to "Player Data" (What exactly the fixes are, it doesn't say.. probably the reset bug) Replay: Fix(es) have been made to "Replay" (What exactly the fixes are, it doesn't say.. my guess is the delete bug: you deleted files on the 1st page no matter what you did.) Misc: Some fixes have been made to "Customize", and also to issues caused with certain characters. Almost every user in the European and Asian territories got their hands on the KOF XIII patch. American users will get this patch soon enough, though (I hope around sometime this week).
