Of course Azreal revealed he was holding back too, so take of that what you will. His ending is still one of the most GAR things to come out of the series. Two badasses going at it in a fight to the death, it's amazing.

Hazama is using phenomenon Intervention to prevent Ragna from using the Azure since he's in control Takamagahara since the end of CS. Given that Ragna, at this point, possibly possess more than enough power to wipe out Hazama, it makes sense he'd go through measures to prevent him from using the Azure. It'd be kind of boring if Ragna just killed him outright. And it's not like Ragna hasn't improved at all. He steamrolls over Tager(then again, this isn't much of a feat considering he's the series` resident jobber), Tsubaki, and holds his own against Hakumen, Nu, and Azreal(Keep in mind for the first two he needed to use the Azure to beat both of them, and for the latter he wasn't completely roflstomped like everyone else was before busting out the Azure.)

Something that was recently brought to my attention, but why does Mu refer to Hazama as the "Black Susanoo'"? As far as we know, there's only one Susanoo unit and thats the one Hakumen is wearing. Sooo?

Fact: Your power level in Blazblue is entirely dependent on who needs to look good at the time. I love him for that too, but it's to the point where I don't even think Hazama's plot armor is immune for his OPness.

Since we're on the subject of Azreal, why the fuck is he so OP? I mean seriously, he literally runs over everyone and in other characters` story modes, he's not even trying. He wounds Rachel, something nobody, not even Terumi, has managed, beats Jin despite his awakening to the Power of Order and is able to go toe to toe with Ragna after he unleashes the Azure. I think they're trying a little too hard with the Badass Ax Crazy Blood Knight angle, not even Kenpachi was this OP.

I think Jubei only has that title because of a few things: Hakumen was gone for over 90 years Valkenhayn didn't really try to make a name for himself and remained as the Alucard's butler. Nine was thought dead. Trinity was inside Muchorin. Hazama was also in the boundary till recently. So it's more of circumstance than anything. Not that I think Jubei is weak, he should be damn strong considering his title, but I think the "strongest in the world" is bit of an exaggeration. We haven't seen much of what Jubei can do compared to the rest of the Heroes. Even at 20%, Hakumen was already above almost all of the younger cast. Valkenhayn managed to beat Relius whom was able to subdue most of the cast prior to their fight. Hazama has an Azure Grimoire, and essentially puts forth no real effort when fighting anyone.

Timing J.D for her 2C is a pretty rough because j.D comes out fast, so I think it's better just to block. The Mu I play tends to block low, and when I 6B them, they can mash out of it with 2A.

I hardly see Hakumen's at all. But yea, in terms of overused it's obviously the protagonist trio with Ragna(and Jin to an extent) being the most prominent. I've seen a few Tsubaki's here and there, and Lambda's as well.

I'm not going to deny Blazblue's plot can get pretty terrible at times, but I really think everyone is giving Tsubaki a hard time. She grew up basically cut off from everyone and being told she needs to serve the NOL no matter what with Jin being her only friend until she went to the Academy. To Tsu, the NOL are the "righteous" ones and her friends defecting would seem wrong in her eyes, and she clearly didn't want to kill them as she was ordered too and let Noel go because of that. It wasn't until Hazama fed her half truths about the Alternate timeline where Noel didn't exist that she went off the deep end anyway.

The startup & recovery seem a little meh.

And the fact that Noel can control Mu.
