I think that's just the Ragna being a dumbass before realizing to ID.

I think the hardest part about this matchup is when he's close. I have a friend who loooves to be grabby with Tager, and I suck at throw escaping. Surprisingly I find some use out of a fully charged 4C.

Well that this point everyone has a reason to kill Ragna for one reason or another, one more isn't going to make him lose any sleep. I think Rachel was just being Rachel, and telling her that if she wants to kill Ragna that's her own business, but when he "dies" she wants Izayoi to kill her too. But hey, it's just Ragna's luck that he's got apart of the creature that almost destroyed the world attached to his arm, and that it's one day going to revive said beast.

If she knew who Ragna is, I'd think she'd at least feel a bit sympathetic towards him considering how much of an influence he's had in the lives of her closest friends. But that's just me.

It's not so much she doesn't give a shit about anyone not her friends, it's that from Tsubaki's perspective Ragna isn't exactly the best guy around. She doesn't know him personally enough to know how decent of a guy he is, she only knows the criminal and destroyer of the world and given that context alone, she has no reason to like him at all. Hell Hakumen should look even worse in this regard because he's perfectly aware who Ragna is to him, but chooses to not let personal feelings get in the way of his duty. Tsubaki is misinformed, Hakumen however just doesn't care. I

I think that's why Ragna works so well as a protagonist; no matter how decent of a guy you may be, not everyone is going to like you. Except for Ragna's case, everyone seems to curse his very existence and either has nothing nice to say to him, or outright trying to kill him. He arguably has it the worst out of the entire cast, which is saying something considering everyone's life sucks to some degree.
