I just thought of something; Ok so Hakumen is sent back in time while he was still Jin with Yukianesa in tow, so what if after he became Hakumen and discarded Yukianesa, Terumi found it, kept for all of those years and then gave it to Saya who then gave it to the Jin of this timeline? Alternately, Yukianesa could have just been reforged to make Ookami.
