Even so, you think Jin is gonna share his prey? He flat out tells Tsubaki in her Arcade mode that he, and only he, will be the one to take Ragna's head and he isn't going to let anyone, not even her, stand in his way.

Actually they seem to make a specific response after the door closes: Noel says "She doesn't want to remember" etc. etc.

I don't really think she cares, the fact is he hurt two people she cared about...badly in Jin's case, and he threatens everyone else in the world as well. Its more or less the same mindset Hakumen has.
