Yea i got shit on by 6a. Learned my lesson there. Also i never thought about dp'ing them out of the air when they would summon pumpkin directly above me. I was too concerned about defending the upcoming rush with pumpkin cover. And yea that abare, I would get clipped by something and next thing i know i was eating BBL into whatever combos. You mentioned to use staff to take the hitbox off of lobeila, but the question i have is does hitting a lobeila/george take the hitbox away from staff1/2 as well? or does staff maintain hitbox while taking away theirs? I would usually just test it out, but unfortunately I'm at work til 5a....

Well it was open for anyone to answer since I'm pretty clueless when it comes to that matchup. I also have only fought one rachel and i didn't know what to expect so i was just winging it.

Any advice on the Rachel matchup? Anything else I should be doing other than chasing her around that field of traps she makes? Its like a freaking obstacle course and with the wind behind her it's such a pain. Not quite sure how I should approach the matchup.

lol i stopped playing for a few hrs after i ran into you in that random room last night. I got so frustrated at myself for losing to that other guy in the room that i felt like i just needed to go afk for a while. it was just by chance i haappened to hop back on later, and i saw 4bar room mixed among all the 1's and 0's. couldnt pass that up and it just happened to be shin who ive never played before. shin and that solid connection saved me. glad i didnt end up going on one too haha

Quite the contrary actually, and I'm sure Shin can vouch for me when i say this. My.combo knowledge is actually decent, it's just my neutral game and matchup knowledge/experience where i was severely lacking. A lot has changed from whene we last played, which also happened to be when i first played Vice-taicho. I asked him for some general gameplay advice after that night, and i really took it seriously! lol

GGS ALL AROUND. Thanks for saving me from that eternal hiatus I almost went on, and thanks for the games. I learned so much in those matches and all the match up experience really helped! Also, thanks for letting me know I am not free and pulling me out of my own self discouragement. It wasn't a lie. I really thought I wasn't good hahaha. I'm new with Litchi and BB for the most part as well, but I think just messing around with strings in training mode will help. Learn what gatlings into what and just learn to hit confirm. If you set the cpu to block random you can practice reacting and confirming hits to followup accordingly. If your string is blocked you can launch the staff to cover you while you reset the pressure. Rinse and repeat. Like everyone else says, all the resources are already out there, and it's just a matter of taking the time to sit back and practice what you read/watch.

I usually go all 3 days as well, but im working all of ACEN weekend and I can't afford to call off all 3 days hahah....

who here is all going to ACEN? im only going to be attending on saturday, but i also don't plan to stay in the game room all day. Last year i walked by the game room and it was so crowded with barely any room to walk in between....
