I am totally willing to help with the secondary stream assuming I am not on the primary one. (Mando reserves the right to pull me in when he wants though this hasn't happened the last couple of times.) I think ZIP of all people is also willing to help, we should ask him on Thursday. That being said I believe Zip and I missing the next like 3 (?) Rebel Ups due to prior commitments (conventions we actually got tickets for).

This. Changing something like the day before is not good. How about using tomorrow to poll people at the venue?

I'm curious if anyone would be opposed to having the stream order be dictated by the # of entrants of each game? UNIEL and P4U got the most entrants. Or maybe this was just a one-off since Persona will be out by the next Rebel Up. If it's not going to be decided by # of entrants then it should be posted in advance in post #1? A couple other observations/comments on how I think to improve things: -I was late to the venue because my car broke down Friday and so I had to pick it up on Saturday afternoon. That shouldn't happen again, so I should be able to get to the venue earlier and help out if necessary. -The person running the stream (which is usually me or Mando) needs to know the order of games so they can tell people watching and the commentators. Without this there's a lot of "uhhh...we don't know what's going on next" and people (rightfully) get confused/annoyed. Sometimes we got the next game notification like shortly after grand finals so there was still some lag communicating it out. -I think there should be a 2nd TO to announce matches when Delta is busy. Who that should be I don't know (Mando/Me depending on who is not on the stream or someone else?). If there's not going to be a 2nd TO then stream matches need to be queued up otherwise there's dead stream time and that sucks for everyone. -UNIEL really needs commentators. It's never good for a game to have zero or Mando+me on the mic trying to figure out what's going on (I know like next to nothing). I understand people want to play, but hopefully some people in the UNIEL community realize that good to decent commentary is a must in promoting your game on streams. You guys can switch out and rotate commentators. Oh and Numake you talk way too quickly for the stream after you've had some drinks. XP Finally, there are just my comments/observations as a player/streamer/someone who has gone to Rebel Up for a while now. My opinions do not reflect Super Arcade/Watson/Mando's views and are my own.

So I think this upcoming TRB will be lower on people due to NCR, might want to post up if you are going or ask people you know if they are showing up on Thursday...

I don't really have an opinion either way on Persona entry fee other than I'm willing to pay up to $5 every Rebel Up event I attend. That being said, the next Rebel Up looks dicey for me yet again because of previously scheduled events. :/ Also thanks Shingin for the Gundam links, they really help considering I don't read Japanese. Finally, for those of you who go to the TRB what time do you get there usually? I've shown up early before and sometimes there's no one there but apparently yesterday Tloc was around for like hours on end, oops. XD

Yo quick reminder there's a 3v3 P4A team tourney on Saturday! Don't let me, Sojiro, and random homeless person win. :P

I'm all for Super but I'm biased since I'm totally part of the IEBG and there often for Marvel/3D games/whatever (Injustice? lol). Though couldn't there be bi-weeklies at BOTH places (one week at super, next at UCI, etc) or would that burn out the community? Also I totally forgot to say bye to you James so good luck in Japan! Hope to see you at EVO! I won't be at Rebel Up tomorrow but please let people know IEBG is running a team tourney on the 16th @ 2pm. http://ie-battlegrounds.blogspot.com/2013/03/versus-mahem-vol5-umvc3-ae2012-p4a-team.html I've consulted with Mando, Joshua, James, and Cody and here are the rules we'll be using for the P4A team tourney on the 16th. These rules are designed to be as inclusive as possible from the viewpoint of forming teams. Team rules -Must have 3 members (you can't pay twice and play twice for example) -No character uniquness (go team 3x Labrys!) -Pokemon style -Each match is a 2 out of 3 set (like a regular match at TRB) -No character lock (winner must keep their character during a set) It's basically the Street Fighter IV team rules. If you guys have any questions let me know.

I'm not sure I can make it on Saturday, but I wanted to point out IEBG is trying out a Persona team tournament. So if you like team tournaments please show up and support! It's on March 16th (Saturday). Details: http://ie-battlegrounds.blogspot.com/2013/03/versus-mahem-vol5-umvc3-ae2012-p4a-team.html
