  1. Out of the corner that works fine, but if you are near the corner you might as well do the corner combo after the 63214S frc, you can get a double keystab. Well, that is if you do need the double keystab.
  2. do you mean to faultless defense cancel your air dash with a slash back? So it's more of IAD SBC?
  3. Also try to space your pressure, don't just mash all her frame traps at her. Try to bait her counters.
  4. What's with Millia players going ABA main? (I was a Millia player in #R, ABA main in Slash and AC). Anyway, for Baiken match up just try to space yourself from her a bit, also use A.B.A's dragon punch mixed in with her pressure strings, counter happy baiken will eat those 623HS. This was for Slash though.. Not so sure about in AC as I am not sure how the match up changed now, but I am sure her Force Break DP can do a great job too. Feel free to poke with 5K as well. Maybe even 2P, but that one is uncomfirmed.
  5. Alright, I am gonna go ahead and posts A.B.A BnBs and what characters they work on(they mostly work on everyone, except a few varations.) By the way, these are all Moroha mode combos. Opponent on Corner or near the corner This one is A.B.A's most important BnB, as it's her most damaging one and can lead to double keystab. 2HS > IAD j.S j.HS 41236S -land- > j.S j.HS j.D 41236S -land- > Keystab > OTG Keystab Works on: Ky, Zappa, Chipp, Anji, Robo-Ky, Testament, Venom, Potemkin Her standard double keystab BnB, if you are not getting the combo, try delaying your air dash a bit, or doing 866 for your air dash instead of 966, or delaying your second 41236S a little bit so you end up close enough to the floor so you can double keystab. Or, do both, delay your Air dash a bit and your second 41236S, but not by much. 2HS > IAD j.D 41236S -land- > j.S j.HS j.D 41236S -land- > Keystab > OTG Keystab Works on: Axl I couldn't get the first combo to work on Axl, so instead I use this one, it works great on him. 2HS > IAD j.S j.HS 41236S -land- > dash 5S 2S sjc > j.S j.HS j.D keystab Works on: Light characters I couldn't get the double keystab on light characters from the first combo listed, as they often float too high for the keystab to work when I am on the ground. So instead I use this easier one, I'll try to find a double keystab combo for them though. ----- 2HS > IAD j.S j.HS 41236S -land- > j.S j.HS j.D 41236S > 669 j.S dj.S keystab/ 669 j.S j.HS j.D 41236S Works on: Everyone, except the last 41236S will miss light characters, so try dropping the j.D before it So far this combo worked on everyone I tried, if you find out it isn't working on someone go head and post. ----- Throw > 669 j.P j.S j.HS -land- > 5P 5S 2S > sj.S sj.HS sj.D 41236S Works on: Everyone This is her BnB throw combo, it does the most damage, can be done mid screen, or make you throw them nearest the closest corner so that the 41236S will connect. Throw > 669 j.P j.S j.HS -land- > 5P 5S 2S > sj.S sj.HS Keystab Works on: Everyone Throw combo into keystab. ---- 2HS > IAD j.S j.HS 41236S -land- > 669 j.P j.S j.HS j.D 41236S Works on: Light characters So far I can only get this to work on light characters, maybe FRCing the first 41236S could help land it on heavier characters, I need to play around with this combo some more. ---- 236S 46S 63214S(FRC) > dash 2D 623H > dash 5S Keystab > OTG Keystab Only works when opponent reaches the corner through the 3 piece set. This is to be used if you need a quick way to get double keystab, it -should- work on everyone, but light characters might be a bit harder. ---- 236S 46S 63214S(FRC) > dash 5S/6HS > j.S j.HS j.D 41236S -land- > 669 j.S j.HS j.D 41236S Not sure if you can add an extra rep after this, as I haven't messed around with this combo as much, so still needs testing. You can double keystab after the first 41236S on most characters. ---- Throw > j.S j.HS j.D 41236S -land- > 669 j.S j.HS j.D 41236S -land- > j.S j.HS keystab/41236S You must throw the opponent towards the corner when you are anywhere near the corner. ----- That's all I got for now, will keep updating this as I test on other characters, feel free to contribute though. Also, let me know if I posted any errors, thanks.
  6. I play Lilith, used to think I was a serious player, but then a realized a scene doesn't really exist. :s
  7. There was an irc place.. But the person who owned the server killed the channel.
  8. Because we need quick access to this data and it deserves it's own thread. http://dustloop.com/guides/ggac/data/ac/aba.html
  9. Oh... That's what I thought, I've always had a hard time with charge partitioning in Guilty Gear though.(and as a whole actually, since I don't use charge characters much.)
  10. Yo, I am keeping an archive of A.B.A match videos. http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=445086C77469810F So far I only got the latest matches from gamechariot and some other places, I'll keep getting stuff in there though.
  11. Yeah, I pretty much got that down now. I can do two loops, then I've seen people do a third one off 5P>S vertical Dolphin, I think I saw that.. But, I can't do that one. D: Wow, so far May is great fun, I am sure I am going to keep her~
  12. Okay guys, so here's the deal.. I went with the whole random select deal for a secondary character, and I got May. Now.. I've used all the characters before since XX, however that doesn't mean I am an expert with them all, I know their moves and shit, some of their strategy.. But, AC is a bit different as you all know. So now here I am with May as a secondary character(I didn't mind it after all, since I like her kick color). So help a new may player here, I am having a hard time doing her 5S > 5HS > Slash vertical dolphin combo. The V.Dolphin is supposed to pull you in right? Shit, I am so not used to May at all, but hey! That is half of the fun of picking a totally new secondary! Sorry for this silly post(if it is silly). I just want a quick head start on how May should be used in AC(So I start off on the right foot). And what better place to ask than you guys? :D
  13. Watch A.B.A's intro, Paracelsus talks.
  14. What? I thought the sig limits were already big enough. :o...
  15. Am I wrong to assume that this game will have Psychic Force-like gameplay?
  16. Ohhh~ I see, thanks for the suggestions then! :D
  17. Awesome, then I'll be trying that out, as for the command grab, should I be right next to them? If I remember right, shin's command grab has a pretty decent range and invicibility at start up, so I should be fine even if I am right next to him as he gets up.
  18. I see, so command grab? But, I've tried but still get stuff, when exactly do I do it? Out of what frames? Also, the distance, around how much distance? I could try 2B, I see.. so as long as I am not right next to them? Say.. maybe around full lenght of 2B? or mid lenght? EDIT: Also, if I do 2B, will Kenshiro end up in the air as I counter hit him, or will he end up grounded? (Just to know, so I know what combo to follow up with, I don't have the game at home so I can't really test this stuff out. :s )
  19. Awesome video, that air FKO is cool, I gotta try doing that some time. :3 Alright, Tianyuan, I have problems with Shin vs Kenshiro... Mainly Kenshiro's DP. His 623C on wake up usually gets me, I've tried baiting it and other stuff to make him stop, but he just won't stop. What's a good way to make Kenshiro stop trying to DP wake up? In other words, teach him a lesson so that he stops dragon punching on wake up. I usually try to stay a bit away and just let him wiff it, but that also kills my oki options. Is there any good way to have a good oki AND ontop of that be safe vs the dragon punch? That thing hurts specially when it's powered up. D: Any recommendations?
  20. for that, you have to download 1.09, then upgrade the .dll to 1.09-4
  21. I am not sure if I updated correctly.. I think I am on 1.09-4 now, but when I open my config file it still says 1.06. :V I think I did it right, but is there anyway to know if you are actually on the latest? :s
  22. You just have to sorta feel the FRC, just play with Dizzy around a bit longer. There is no real tricks to land an FRC, same with Dizzy's Ice Spike FRC. You just gotta feel it eventually as you play with Dizzy more. Pretty much if you can't get the hang of it, it means you haven't been playing with Dizzy enough. Trust me on this one. Just keep practicing it on your own as you play Dizzy more and more and spend a good amount of time in training mode.
  23. You mean, not as bad as Eihrigiz am i rite?
  24. Anyway, yeah.. I saw this a couple days ago, I was a bit thrilled by it, I wonder how it will turn out. I can't wait for some videos and some actual footage to pop up.
