Celerity, what you're asking about is 2F suki, which a few other characters have as well (Elsa, Clarice, Zenia). Basically, when you recover from a grounded hit, there are two frames where you can only block -- you can't do anything else. So all 2F suki's in AH3 are inescapable resets if you do them correctly. Lilica's is the easiest to time since all you have to do is 5C(1) and start charging 2E as soon as 5C(1) hits. It's probably possible to do it on other hits but 5C(1) is the easiest. For combo notation, if you ever see "EFC > 5C 2E (Charged)", that means 2F suki. No worries about the questions! Keep em' coming!
