I am only going to say that you need to play more games before making assumptions, and don't let yourself get fooled, the 60% combos on GG are not the norm, all of them needed meter and optimal hit confirms (counters and stuff like that), also for that kind of stuff to happen, one of the payers must be outplaying really hard the other one. Go watch some matches and you would notice that, even when something like that can happen, it is not as frequent, and when it happens is due one player simply reading better the other one. LMAO, you have the right to have your preference on games, but dismissing the games where this is some what more common as random, or dumb is plain stupid, also people like to throw the word random way to much, and usually it doesn't have any real meaning in the context
  2. The game dying on USA didn't have anything to do with its balance (which is good) or boring (which is objectionable, opinion =/= fact) The game is still strong on its mother land despite it wasn't part of the SBO lineup and that was "replaced" by Persona 4 Arena.

At the risk of sounding as a douche, from every post of yours here on DL and SRK i feel that you never put a real effort on learning the games and just put some sort of excuse to justify why you can't be successful on those games. Like what you are doing right now, instead of trying to learn how the defensive game works, you just decide to think that the offensive momentum is stronger than the defensive one, so you are defeating yourself from the very beginning, because you simply refuse to learn how the game works.

Nothing, just that capcom does poorly implementations of them so when a character on games from other company have them people start to revive those bad memories Now being serious, if they are not implemented well (like any mechanic or move) they end being very annoying Also those who hate divekicks are not worthy of Uncle Sensei teachings. We wouldn't see this game until 1st Semester of 2013, so it's all cool

  19. If they "removed" them was only for story reasons, since BB is an story driven fighting game also I'm pretty sure that the reason why they have not showed them it's because they would do something similar of what they did with CT, their replacements are the new bosses, im calling it

Like Order Sol, Deathbriger and Hazama /joking i Actually think that they would pull something like they did with CT with Hakumen and Nu, where we wouldn't see the bosses until way latter, that is why they have not revealed the new "Mu" and the new "Nu/Lambda". Probably the new "Mu" would be Sasha/The Emperor, and the New "Nu/Lambda" could be anything, maybe a revamped Nu + a new Murakumo unit, who knows.

In general, the neutral game on this kind of fighting games is a combination of good reads and taking advantage of your own mobility options; depending on what side of the neutral game you are (aggressive/ defensive), for example if you are on the aggressive side, you want to mix the way that you are trying to get in, the more difficult you made to your opponent to read how you are going to approach him, the easier for you to screw him up. Try to not get "predictabo", mix air dashes with double jumps, running forward with your jumps, back dashes. Also don't limit yourself to just your normals, some specials can be used as part of your approach on the neutral game, try to fool your opponent with all your mobility options and fish for opportunities to land normals/specials and take advantage of the counter hit properties of your attacks your goal in general is to make them make a bad read and take advantage of their mistakes. As for the defensive side, i think (and i recall on i think) that you also need to take advantage of your mobility options, being a sitting duck can be really bad on this games because the pressure game can be very strong, sometimes is better to try to fish for the attacks of your opponent while moving and punish them according the situation. Like on sf try to know the properties of your attacks, and remember what you can do and what not based on the matchup (again like sf) dunno others, but i feel that those games share some basics with kof on how you need to approach the neutral game, so the Dandy J kof guide can be for handy to get some idea of how those games work. Edit Another thing that i forgot to add, due the amount of options present on these type of games, your goal is to be more on the pressure game than in the neutral game if your character excels at rushdown, and even the zoners usually would like to take the opportunity to set some pressure sometimes since they aren't helpless at close range. Not Saying that the neutral game is not important, but the less chances you give to your opponent to start their shit, the better.
  22. apparently the encryption method on the hdd's of the ttx2 want that reliable, plus considering that the ttx2 is basically a pc, the emulation for the games weren't that hard to get.
  23. Thanks, i was trying to think of a female character, but sosuke works wonderfully to describe it as well. Hopefully (for those who care about story) their personalities would be expanded on the story through more background and character interactions, because right now they sound plain, lol. if they are on par with fumoffu everything would be good or jin going full fabulous, one of the many possibilities =w= b
