  2. It's because the whole fiasco of how some games of the TTX2 where decrypted from their hdd's and leaked to the internet, like BBCT, KOFXIII, BF, and more; i think that this problem on the security was one of the reasons why Nesica was created

  6. i think that it was a translation mistake sounds more like a mixture of the heat of melty blood and the dark force of darkstalkers to me tbh. many games have comeback mechanics, done right they add new layers of depth its way older than what you think this so far we don't know what would stay, and what not, or how this mechanics would behave in the future melty blood seems to be doing fine despite having something that behaves in some ways similar to what you are describing lol while true, you have to remember that the primary source of revenue for asw is on the arcade market it sucks for us, but for them releasing earlier probably wouldn't justify the loses on the arcade market

  12. its like you didnt read what i said at all and decided to post to argue with me, lol :/ baning chars only because they are only available on the console doesn't hold real strength or validity, which is the sole purpose of my posts that are made in response to the other 2 that i quoted by now i thought that we have grown up and left that stuff behind, why limit the game just because those characters are not in the arcade hurrr durrr if we are going to do it, at least we should do it for reasons that matter, is the only thing that i'm saying /off topic fixed

  14. i understand your point, but at the same time considering that we (the fighting game community) are the ones that always say that we should only ban something until proving that its game breaking and that the game can be better without it and that baning without any kind of testing is one of the reasons of why we see animosity between the fgc and the smash community i always found this console character baning silly to say the least. im only saying that with how the market has changed, we should only ban a character if there are better reasons outside the console exclusive one, plus i feel that releasing the character on console before serves as a way to test them and patch them later for the arcade release, and baning them only makes the process of balancing them more difficult for the developers, imo. also now we have tournaments for games that don't have an arcade release, or that release some characters on consoles before the arcade update so the only valid reasons now (imo of course) to ban a dlc/ console exclusive character (outside them being truly broken) are if they are exclusive to one console only (kratos, cole, megaman, toro and kuro) or if they are not avaible for everyone to buy at the beginning (dampierre)
  15. at this point i thought that we learned that we should stop this silly bs of baning chars because they are lol console characters if we allowed mu, makoto and valk, not to mention that games like kof xiii are doing fine with them, why would we go backwards and do this stupid crap again what happened to the spirit of baning a char only if its proven that its game breaking?

  20. im not gonna lie, when i compare chipp with yosuke, yosuke seems more limited on what he can do, dont get me wrong, he is a good character, but chipp feels more versatile and his move set seems to cover more stuff than the move set of yosuke plus he has been my main since 1998 on GG so im totally biased for him ;P
  21. chipp is the lowest, he has the worst defense modifiers on the game another thing that i forgot to mention is that until now i feel that chipp has better ways to get that knock down with his bnbs

  23. lol, you made it sound like there is no fundamentals on the ASW fighter and believe it or not, the game runs on the BB engine and that is why sengoku basara x gets a lot of play since its release... oh wait... im not saying that it doesnt help, but if the game is not fun, then you cant expect to survive long enough

  25. i think that yosuke its very comparable to chipp, in that both of them rely on mixups, their speed and movement options to force the opponents to play their (chipp/yosuke) game, and neither of them have great damage output on their combos of course there are many differences due their normals and specials, but both of them usually have the same approach on the matches also i think that yosuke has better stamina when compared to chipp who is very fragile, but chipp has better normals overall imo :P
