Jack-O's mask is going to function as a comeback mechanic where once she's hitting Hellfire state, the mask (which acts as a limiter) falls/breaks off and all her normals become buffed. i think this is appropriately anime enough. Make it happen ArcSys.

WELL SHIT This game seemed to die an awful death after Xrd and NEC, but I'm hoping this will at least revitalize the community once it hits Western stores. I didn't like this game too much but it'll be neat to give it another try with more people to play with. All in all though I'm just happy that more weeaboo games are coming over here.

I've found a few matches with some people to be playable online but then again, they live within my state and aren't using shitty wireless connections/having fps drops every 2 seconds. What really bugs me about this game is the lack of being able to view opponents' connections. The only possible way to "filter" other players is by naming your player room the region you live in and hope that the people who join are actually from your region and don't run on potato internet. Playerbase also seems to grow smaller and smaller each and every day. The online might not even last as long as DFC. Ranked is 100% dead from what I've seen since a few players who target new/bad players to grind freesr and dodge anyone who can beat them are dominating the queue. You also have no idea what kind of connection you're going to have with an opponent so there's that. Player rooms are not as bad so as long as you make your own rooms and have the patience to wait for opponents since every other room is meant for another region/filled with private slots.

Sales don't honestly seem that bad. Most of the complaints are coming from how the game's $20-30 and is region locked to EU. Any idea on how much BBCT sold when it got ported? I'm pretty sure that if BBCSE sales are on par with CT, they might port the new BBCP Extend to PC a few months after the console releases.

is Spectrasonic the new CaButler or something I remember him DCing against me before but I never really sent any messages to him (since I've played against a bunch of DCing netplay Narukamis before). One day though, I beat him and he didn't DC at the end (don't ask me why I still chose to fight him I was bored ;_. This time, I did send him a message wondering if he actually decided to stop DCing. He replied back, telling me he had found a certain time interval where he can DC and apparently "give you the win but prevents [his] loss". why do people like Spectasonic care about their netplay W/L ratio so much oh, since this post is going off on a tangent ggs to a bunch of randoms I've played over the past few days it's nice to see this game isn't completely dead yet with CP released

Is there still a West Coast neetplay scene for this? Free 48 hour Gold trials just recently came back up so I've started going online again after a two-month break. Need to shake off all of this rust so I'm wondering if any players on/near the WC wanna practice their combos on me as I sandbag, trying to remember what a 5A is. I'll probably have the time for a lengthy set this Friday. GT at the moment is Scrubp. Come and body this scrub. ;_;
