so did the XBL community boom up a bit after P4C news? Haven't been on for a few days.

Really noob question but how useful is 5C actually? Can you actually link any blockstrings into 5C? I've been trying out some stupid shit with 5C in the corner and noted its crossup potential with OMC into j.B but the thing is that since its startup is quite slow, opponents can easily react to this and mash, grab, or EA out. Even if they do decide to block 5C, the blockstun isn't enough where they can 2B or airthrow Labrys while she's attempting the crossup. So yeah, are there any uses for 5C out of some combos and poor man's oki?

It's nothing advanced, but AoA Ender after FC combo into Laser crossup with S.Lab. Never seen any other S.Labs except my S.Lab teacher use it before. My S.Lab teacher is also on PSN-only, so that makes me the only S.Lab on XBL who knows/uses it (or at least that I know of). anyways, ggs to Kelly Bundy YAY for being the one 4-bar connection that is a true 4-bar and not a 1-bar disguised as a 4-bar. I actually can have fun playing Labrys when there's no lag.

Makes me wish I was EC so I could get bodied play with some more of you. on the topic of Spectrasonic, there was a time when he actually didn't DC after I beat him. When I asked if he actually turned over a new leaf, he replied: "I found a time where if I dc you get the win but I don't get the loss" I didn't know how to respond to this.

Hey guys, is the groundbounce effect from airturn j.214B character-specific? Anyone have any clues as to why? The groundbounce seems to work on characters like Chie, Liz, and Labrys but when I tried doing the combo in the video below with Kanji as a training dummy, he'd never bounce off the ground. reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rhnmFiziXo&t=1m44s

Even though we only played one game, gg Mimeman1. Maybe one day I will improve my Kanji enough so that I won't have to rely on dirty Kanji resets to scumbag my way to a round victory. :v

Considering past iteration releases, I'd say late May - June are viable dates. Any time after July seems way too late though lol. Also, has there been any further news of a 360 release? Last I heard was that Mori was "unsure" of whether there would be a Xbawks release.

So, playing patiently is the key to the matchup? Seems like breaking the enemy bull while keeping our own bull safe is the priority here. Are EX Asterius moves recommended for this matchup? And for rushdown S.Labs, we just DP then? Aight, I'll start doing that. 8)

For this matchup, I'm guessing we just all do Pokemon-style battles and only use Asterius to attack Asterius. but seriously, I have no idea how to play this MU. There are too many bulls on my screen. There are times where I can't even tell which Asterius is mine and I end up getting hit by random 5Cs lol. Any advice on this matchup at all? From my experiences, it seems like you just want to be on the offense all the time. A game of momentum where once one player starts rolling, the other is just steamrolled. Though I'm probably wrong.

Ah, I was just wondering since it'd be pretty darn awesome if S.Lab had a way to conveniently cross up the pillar of fire while the opponent is blocking the laser lol. Anyways, thanks for the responses. It's great to know that this forum isn't as dead as I thought it was. ; ; more people need to play S.Lab

Another really quick and basic question about S.Lab: For her 236C/D attack, can you cross up the pillar of fire? i.e. using Evasive Action to go through your opponent right before the pillar explodes.

Oh okay, thanks. It bothered me that during a few matches, I was unable to tech my opponent's throw even though I could see it coming, but this clears things up. also Nihil is that you
