I like Tsubaki, but charging after every combo is not something I'm Crazy about...

On the bright side, most of Noel's CP changes seem to be positive. (Like being able to cancel Chain Revolver in Muzzle Filter, Optic Barrel, and Chamber Shot.)

That's a shame, it would Muzzle Filter whole lot more useful...

I both fear and respect decent Lambda/Nu players... (I shit bricks whenever I see someone choose to use Lambda on the character select screen...)

I understand a little hate, but I just don't like it when people go to far. (Like wishing that she'll die in the next game... Just a little harsh...) Besides, only proficient Noel Players are the annoying ones. People who mash Chain Revolver should get punished. (They give other Noel Players a bad reputation...) Anyway, my Rant is over. I'll probably be back online for some practice in a half hour if anyone's interested.

1. Noel, while annoying in gameplay, is the game's heroine, and still has a large fan-base, so their not going to kill her off anytime soon. 2. Noel may be mashed a lot, be she's not the worst kinda fraud to deal with. If you ask me, I would point my finger to Arakune Fraud. (People play keep away until you're cursed then mash the insects and 6C until your dead without using any combos.) It's very hard to deal with, and is actually much more dangerous then Chain Revolver Abuse! 3. Noel's Drive is super risky. She can't block while using it, whifed moves have a lot of recovery, most of them have projectile properties (Characters like Tager eat these up), without Bloom Trigger, Spring Raid, and Assault Through, she's very vulnerable to attack while reloading, and there's so much more. 4. A lot of Noel's specials are situational, and some of her pokes are lack luster when compared to characters like Haku-Men, Ragna, and Makoto 5. Even with very careful use of Chain Revolver, you won't win with that alone. (I know this from experience!) IN OTHER WORDS Noel isn't overpowered, and she's still a great character story-wise. I personally think she doesn't deserve all this hate!

GG's to TD and various others! I had a lot of fun and learned a lot! I'm going to be sure to perfect a few of Noel's Combos!

I think I saw in of the video's that Noel managed to Muzzle Filter someone after a normal throw. Does that mean that Muzzle Filter works on air borne targets now?

GG to TD. I'm definately going to try and get better so I can actually give you all a run for you're money instead of getting swept away! But until then, practice, practice! :D

So in other words, Rachel got more buffs then nerfs, and is almost as close to S-tier Ranking ever since CT where she held the crown.

I don't think so, I think she was placed in the A Tier this time around. (Previously, she was in the B Tier... or lower I think.)
