  1. Started to practice with Rachel again, I forgot how fun she is! I'm also starting to get better at combo's. Basically what I need to work on now is perfecting those combos, keeping up momentum, and mix ups. How different is CP Rachel to CSE Rachel out of curiosity. (I know the main differences is that Barrel Lotus is available, Lobelia's bounce off the wall, and George recharge rate is much slower.) I guess what I'm asking is has Rachel's combos and mix ups changed a lot over the transitioning.
  2. I'm probably not the first one to ask this, but is Dizzy still capable of performing bubble loops in AC+R?
  3. I'm really glad were getting some noteworthy players between Goro, Matsu, and Eda. Makoto is one of those characters with a wicked and unforgiving learning curve, but once you get the hang of her, can destroy people in a rushdown rampage. Besides, CP Makoto is still a vast improvement over CSE Makoto. I'm happy with her! It may be a struggle, but things are looking up greatly!
  4. So basically her gameplan is to charge much more often, and continue to batter her opponents into submission.
  5. So basically the wall loops themselves became easier to perform, but now there harder to hit confirm, right?
  6. DAMN IT! AND I WAS WORKING SO HARD TO! AND THEY GO AND GET RID OF IT! EDIT: I looked at some match videos, and it looked like the Jam player was using several variations of the Wall Loop.
  7. Started practicing a lot more with Jam, I'm starting to get the hang of Wall Loop. Has the Wall Loop changed at all in AC+R?
  8. I wouldn't mind seeing Noel, Litchi, or Makoto at the beach... (Fan Service is in every anime, you just have to make the best out of it!)
  9. I was doing some searching around, and I managed to find the Japanese VA list. From what I could tell, most if not all the Japanese VA's are the same as the game. (Tsubaki's, Rachel's, Noel's, and Makoto's VA's are the same.)
  10. Well it's just, funimation has some great VA's. But BlazBlue has already found some decent voices for their characters, no one else would be able to do half a good job as Cristina Vee as Noel, Mela Lee as Rachel, or Cindy Robinson as Makoto. Not to mention, while Funimation has some great VA's, they haven't always made the best casting decisions...
  11. Seeing how well N-O did in Arc Revo has given me a bit of inspiration to try a little harder at mastering Rachel. I only ever got the hang of her Zoning Style, so it's about time I train a little more with her! EDIT: Wow... Looking at some more video's of N-O playing, and he's freaking genius. He and Goro are probably my favorite players now!
  12. I really hope they stick to the usual V.A's for both the original Japanese and the English Dub... I shutter at the thought of someone like Brina Palencia or Monica Rial voicing Rachel if Funimation gets the dubbing license... If they did change up the voice actors though, I can imagine a decent take on Litchi through Colleen Clickenbeard. (Luffy from One Piece, Yuuko Ichihara from xxxHOLiC, Miranda Lotto from D. Grey Man, Moka Akashiya's Vampire form from Rosario + Vampire, and so much more!)
  13. I meant Goro, he got eliminated right? Anyway, I guess I'll cheer on N-Otoko (Rachel) Now.
  14. Sorry, just a little disappointed my favorite Squirrel Girl and my favorite player didn't make it past the first round...
  15. SCREW YOU PLATINUM! YOU FUCKING LOLI WHORE! EDIT: If a Haku-Men wins, I'm calling biast on Arc System's part.
  16. You should, an even bigger reason to do it if there's no english dub! Out of curiosity, which artist do you think will do the Anime's Opening? I wouldn't be surprised if they had KOTOKO do it considering her history with the BlazBlue Franchise. But I wouldn't mind it if they had someone like Nami Tamaki or May'n do the anime's opening. Either way, it's probably going to involve some Rock-Techno Hybrid song. But I just beg to whatever deity will listen, it's not as bad as the OP to Tsubasa Chronicle! (It's a great Anime, but the Opening's ass!) But I'd take an Anime with a crappy opening but good content, over one with a great opening and horrible content.
  17. BlazBlue is what got me into fighter games and the Dustloop Community.
  18. I'm pretty psyched for the BlazBlue anime! I think other then some narrative stuff to edit along with some pretty elaborate fight scenes to create! There shouldn't be to much of a problem. Don't call it bad if there's nothing to judge. Besides, if the Anime does get an English Dub, 90% Chance they'll stick to the original english voice actors, since there already fairly involved in the Anime Scene. (Rachel's Voice Actress, Mela Lee, voiced Yuki Cross in Vampire Knight and Rin Tosaka in Fate/Stay Night, while Platinum's Voice Actress, Laura Bailey, voiced Maka in Soul Eater, along with a lot of other characters I can't name off of the top of my head.)
  19. Slowly improving with Makoto, I think My defense has gotten a lot better, and My Neutral game has improved a lot since when I first started. I think now its getting the hang of maintaing pressure and combos, and getting the hang of mix ups. Stargazer says I improved a lot when I last played him, and I feel like I improved a lot to. But I still have a long way to go, and I still have a lot to learn. Hopefully the few things I have learned haven't changed to much from CSE to CP.
  20. GG's to Stargazer, I had fun and learned a lot!
  21. So basically, it limits Arakune Fraud.
  22. Agreed! I've been using Makoto for almost half a year now, and I still struggle with her neutral game...
  23. On the bright side, it looks like Makoto has decent Oki game in the corner now. (It's certainly better then it used to me, and not many characters in Blazblue have a decent Oki tool.)
  24. I really need to check my sources before I make posts, I'm always a little off base...
