The BlazBlue Light Novel series. At the moment there is the PhaseShift series (Phase 0, Phaseshift 1-4, this series is about the Dark Wars) and then there is the BlazBlue (1-2 covers CT, and 3-4 Covers CS). The 4th Book was released in January 2014. Or was it something else you asked?

Mai has a big chance, due to her(?) being named dropped and that Kagura hasn't got the Hazuki's on his side. Taro could get a part as well due to his and Mai development and him being referenced as well. We will see how big the will be and if it will also have a part in the main story. Shiori? Don't think so, she is too minor and there is already too many characters that need attention and to become PCs. We don't now if she will survive Remix either. Mai is gone, something big might have happened.

Can't really answer anything that have with Shinto to do since I know basically nothing about it other then some small fast reading on wikipedia... But one thing I can say is that the priestess of Azure is related to Amanohokosaka since Mei can sense some Azure. Also they gave Izanami purple hair and also Mei purple hair. Mei's kanji for her name is 冥 and Izanami is known by the title 冥王. Izanami can make Ragna's grimoire go berserk with a hidden command, the Priestess could lure the Black Beast into the Boundary. The Azure priestess lived over a thousands years ago, Izanami has a miko styled clothing and speaks very old Japanese. There is many things that pile up, could it be a coincidence? A red-hearing? Or is there really a connection?

Thinking? Not really. A possibility? Sure. I still think the whole story that Mei told isn't the real truth of the events. After all the story is over Thousands of years old and it's meant to inspire the Amanohokosaka to protect Wadatsumi. The only thing I can surely believe in is: 1, she could talk with the Azure. 2, she summoned the Black Beast. 3, She and the Black Beast went into the Boundary.

Also the scale between the "World" and "Azure" are completely different. The way things are is like this. At the core of everything there is the "Azure". And around the Azure there is the space known as the "Boundary". And on the outside of the Boundary there are many worlds. The Blazblue/Xblaze world is only ONE of them. To protect the Azure is the same as to protect all of the Worlds. The scale isn't the same at all...

No, it can't have been after the dark war. After the Dark War was over Rachel immediately went to sleep and didn't wake up until after Ragna, Jin and Saya was at Sister's church. It must have been before the Loop or at a earlier loop.

Well, it is said that there is exceptions, maybe Rachel is one of them? All that is known about Rachel's past is that she at one point cooperated with the Takamagahara-system and managed the boundary but for some reason stopped doing it.

Noel, if she is one, should be a Phantom of Time(刻の幻影). She isn't in a different time period, she has a different "future".

I don't think the Chorophantasma has anything to do with the power of observing. All that is known is that they are invisible to the "system" because they aren't supposed to exist (at least in Celica's case. I.e. the ones who shouldn't exist, 居ない筈の者) and those who is interacting with her becomes invisible as well. In Rachel's case (刻の幻影) she is immune to other's observer's(観測者) phenomenon Intervention. 居ない筈の者(Celica): Exist in a different Time Period then they should. 刻の幻影(Rachel): Have a different future then one should really have. There is exceptions However.

But that is what I mean with Noel being a Chronophantsma, her future has changed, she was supposed to die in Ibukido, but due to all the looping a distortion have been created resulting in her surviving.

The worlds eyes is simply that when most of the Humans watch the same thing it becomes hard to make an intervention. That is why they also brought Ragna there to the Tournament, who want to miss the opportunity to see Ragna? Most people watch, too many people see the same thing, hard to change the event using Phenomenon Intervention. Hard to say, But Izanami called Ragna "someone that should exist" when Rachel send her back which is the opposite of what Celica is. Also about Noel, we have heard so many time that she shouldn't exist, so Isn't Noel also a Chronophantasma?

That isn't said, it didn't go to deep into it other then Rachel saying she is a Chronophantasma and that small info in the Library section.

Chronophantasma doesn't mean that it is a clone, it means that they have some how got "out of course" from the planned "future". Also, Rachel and Celica isn't the same type of Chronophantasma. Rachel is a "Phantom of Time" and Celica is a "Someone that shouldn't exist"

I don't think Phantom existed before the CS since Nine's soul is bound to the vessel by Izanami, and thus can't be phantom until Izanami is awoken.

This might not be really related but lets have a look one what makes Rachel and Valkenhayn special. First there is a word that I have problem to translate, it is 理(kotowari). It's meaning is something like "the Truth", Laws of the world. Almost Everything is bound to kotowari, and it consists of the four Elements: Fire, Water, Air and Earth and also the Great Origins, Light and Dark. But a problem arouse, something appeared that is outside of the Kotowari, and that was the Black Beast. Since the Black Beast was not part of the Kotowari, nothing worked on it. I'm not sure if even Magic (mahou, 魔法) worked on it since it uses Mana. In order to fight the Black Beast, Nine searched the old documents in Ishana and learned about a old art known as Sorcery (Majutsu, 魔術) so she taught the human how to use it through the Ars Magus (Jutsu shiki, 術式). Sorcery unlike Magic uses seithr instead of Mana. And in the end she made the Nox Nyctores. Now Valkenhayn didn't use weapons, yet he could fight the Black Beast. That is because both Rachel and Valkenhayn are also outside of the Kotowari like the Black Beast. Also about Rachel, she is Tsukiyomi (that is what Izanami calls Rachel, and it isn't because of the Unit, because Izanami calls Hakumen Susanoo Unit) the guardian of the Amaterasu Unit.

I don't know, It might be Celica, he said after all (did the "charm"(お守り) work after all?), since they have Celica around Ragna so that Ragna can't be seen with "observation". But why didn't he want to use this method? One other possibility would be that they wanted Hazama to be concentrated on Homura, he did show Homura to Bang the night before. Or it might have to do with the whole "the world's eyes" that they collected during the Tournament. But he was surprised when Kokonoe said she couldn't detect any "Green" at all in the area. I only made a quick look since I don't remember to well, might soon replay it again and look closer after hints.

It's written exactly like that, "世界を喰らい尽す「怪物」に" (by the "monster" that consume the entire world). Izanami isn't a goddess or a monster, she is the materialization of the World's death (世界の死の具現化). You can think of it like this, The world is dead or dying and Amaterasu is inside the Amaterasu Unit to prevent the death, i.e. cheating death. In order to stop Amaterasu, Izanami exist and her goal is to make the world it's true form, a world of death.

What... I said that Amane want Carl to make a vessel(doll) for Amaterasu to use as a body. He doesn't really have a relation with Rachel (hell, Rachel didn't know Amane in the arcade mode). It might have to be the thing with Nine coming to the conclusion that Terumi made Relius and Ayatsuki summon the Black Beast in order to make an intervention to the Master Unit. Terumi was surprised that Nine learned about that fact. It might also be troublesome that Nine is in the knowledge about the war in the Age of Origin(原初の時代). About Phantom, I don't think she will turn good, at least for a longer period of time. It is Izanami that binds Nine's soul to the Phantom vessel. Amane's goal might be to free Amaterasu from the Amaterasu Unit (he is called Uzume by Rachel after all), it is stated in his profile that he hates Hikikomori, and in a way you can count Amaterasu as one. The reason why he is so fixated on Carl is that he want Carl to make a vessel for Amaterasu?

I personally believe the hunt for Ragna won't happen until the second act of BB4, the first act will be Kagura trying to keep the remaining NOL together. There might be two factions, those the sees Homura as the New Imperator and does that sees the age of following the Imperator is over. Then there is the whole thing with Seven and Kisaragi. I the end of Phase shift it was Seven that had the Yukianesa and wanted it to be reintroduced to the Kisaragi family. He could very well had made a deal with Terumi. Seven lends Yukianesa to Terumi, and in return Terumi gives Seven a Heir with Yukianesa (Jin). And if that is the truth, what else kind of shit has Seven left behind that could bite our heroes in the back. Ragna I don't know how he will be. I think he might not be berserk all the time, it's only that he don't know when it will happen so he is in hiding. After all, if he went on a rampage all the time he would be easy to find which I didn't get the feeling he was in the epilogue. I believe that Hazama will return, but unlike Terumi whose all actions had reason for them, Hazama will only cause suffering and problems for others since he thinks those things are funny. In a way, he would be worse than Terumi. Also for Phantom, I think she will die. After all, she is only a vessel made by Relius with Izanami binding Nine's soul to. The best would maybe Kokonoe and Jubei tag-teaming to kill her so that Nine's soul can finally rest in peace, maybe Jubei will die here as well. No way that Platinum will be gone, her past is to much of a mystery. I could think that maybe Trinity somehow sacrificed her soul to protect Luna and Sena from Hazama's attack.

I don't think he really is a "vessel" since Ragna don't seem to be "controlled" by his soul. The only thing that is known is that he has a "created body" and he doesn't know "whose" soul it is that he has. But Ragna is Ragna. He doesn't have memories from a "past life", at least for the moment, and the why he acts is because of his upbringing.

The reason for me thinking that Saya is that 1, Saya isn't human, Rachel said she is a "crystallization of seithr" and Kokonoe said that Prime Field's are humans made out of seithr (sure everything is seithr, but not made out of seithr). 2, the whole text on BBCP:MC cover "M(URA)KUMO (NO.)01 (SA)YA" The parts in () is covered by Jin's hands and Yukianesa. While it isn't confirmed med that Takamagahara-System is T-system what is known is: T-system is made by Takamagahara under the "Project Takamagahara". The T-system is said to require enormous energy, and in BBCP Terumi said that the Takamagahara-system needed enormous energy for usage.

I don't think Shinhwa can answer that since I don't think Shinhwa has played Xblaze, but it isn't really clear. All that is known is that the embryo was tempered in her and that the Himezuru family only had one daughter(Yuki). It's highly likely that she is one though.
