Ragna isn't brainwashed, he can still think normally it's only that he can't control the body, it moves on it's own. Now whatever it's all the time or only for time to time it's hard to say, but I would guess it's for time to time since Kagura asked where that Idiot had gone to, and that Ragna is hard to find. If I would guess someone to have something to do with Ragna to get control over the Grimoire is that Homura uses his power as a Amanohokosaka to make Ragna be able to "talk" with it and understand it better to not be controlled by it.

Yes, that's true. However he hasn't age in at least ten years (according to Bullet) and he is likely an Observer (傍観者) since when he used the word 傍観 Rachel realized what he was.

Yeah, Amane will likely have a Bigger role in BB4, but I don't think he has anything to do with Izanami. He does play dumb almost all the time, except for when he said to Rachel that her "Slave Red" won't work on him. He also seem very interested in to change the world. But the only thing that seems clear is that 1, he needs Carl for whatever he is planning and 2, he is considering to have Ragna be the center for what he is planing since he saw something in Ragna when he took a closer look on Ragna.

They have the same goal (to annihilate Saya) and Kagura gave her a place to work and hide when it got to Hot for her at Sector Seven. She had planned to go there but due to Sector Seven sent their soldiers and Azrael after her she went earlier then planned. I don't remember exactly but I think it was Kagura that contacted her first but I can be mistaken.

She likely have Tager searching for Hazama's corpse. She herself should be busy trying to extract as many people from the Monolith as possible for Kagura.

I'm not sure, but one thing I'm quite sure is that before Noel's observation and after their split they are completely different beings. And after Noel's observation they fused, but at what extent I don't known but Terumi should have some problem with the fusing after Trinity's dispel of Mind eater. But that scene is after Noel's observation so Terumi could have taken control for a short moment due to his rage. Terumi also seems to take quite a off hand approach ever since Hakumen took him to the "edge", after all he did panic after Trinity made the switch between him and Hazama. And one more thing, during CT Terumi seemed to have no problem to go to places as a ghost however in CS he needed to be killed to become a ghost to infiltrate Takamagahara-System.

I'm not sure, at best what can be considered is that when Hazama takes of the hat and get the spiky hair it is Terumi that has the full control over the body while at other times it is Hazama that has the control. In the Novel of the first of CT (I have only read half of it) Hazama talks with Terumi and says to Terumi to calm down and that they will soon "take it back", so in CT it was never Terumi (except for the ghost form) it was only Hazama. It wasn't until that Noel observed Hazama as the "Black Susanoo" that Terumi got control of the body (remember the finger check in the Anime?). The Terumi with the "robe" is when Terumi has either, 1) in his "mind world", 2) when Terumi is the front, 3) when Terumi became a Doppelgänger

I see no reason for Tsubaki to be on the "Evil" side, but she still has her "Tunnel vision" and is currently chasing after Ragna (which both hurt her friend Noel and Jin, and she made a promise to Jin that she would kill Ragna if Jin couldn't since Ragna is the Evil). I wonder how much Jin and Tsubaki's relationship will be shown in BB4. Jin will likely be too badly wounded at the start to chase after Ragna and will likely help Kagura with getting Kisaragi family on the new NOL's side while he is recovering.

It isn't clear what Izanami truly is. She is called the "World's death materialized" by Rachel. Homura both call her Death and MeiOu. And Jin calls her death. But she is a better observer then Takamagahara-system, she did take over the observing duty of Terumi from them, otherwise Terumi couldn't get rid of the A.Is Not much danger about that now, but it was during the trio vs Tsubaki after Tsubaki awoke/evolved the Izayoi. Although I could see Tsubaki try to use Immortal Breaker on Rachel to get rid of the "Evil", but if that happens I would believe that Noel will step in to stop Tsubaki. This could finally lead into the Izayoi Vs Mu that haven't been given yet.

Nothing about that is clear, however isn't it said somewhere that she still looks like a 14 year old or something? That she looks younger then what she is presumed to be? Also isn't she the 2nd strongest observer (Master Unit is the strongest, and the only reason that Izanami got stronger as a observer was due to her using the Takamagahara-system)? If that is the case I believe her age shouldn't really matter. (Master Unit is the strongest, and the only reason that Izanami got stronger as a observer was due to the help from Takamagahara-system). But her biggest weakness as a Observer is the Immortal Breaker that Tsubaki possesses.
