I thought Saya was talking about Ragna when she was talking about the Cauldron. I remember Hazama calling Ragna one in Ragna's Story mode, after the fight with U. Hazama.

...As if he hasn't already screwed with almost all of the cast already? I'm sure he's planning on just about screwing everyone else out there over somehow.

He mentioned going to off Tsubaki in his Arcade mode to Makoto, so perhaps he'll be involved with that little plot. And he always has to troll Ragna. And everyone else.

I can't remember my source, but I remember reading somewhere that Jubei told Ragna that the cauldrons at the NOL could potentially form another Black Beast, and that's the reason he goes after them....Aside from trying to find Termui, I guess. And I doubt that the NOL oppressing people has anything to do with Ragna's attacks. He doesn't seem to give a damn about what they do to the people. Of course, I could just be remembering wrong about all of this. I'll just go sit in the corner now.

Maybe he had something to do with the incident involving the slaughter of Bullet's mercenary group?
