Dat Health recovery, dat damage. I'd say Ragna's OD is pretty decent. It's a far improvement from when Blood Kain was a DD, anyway. Also what makes Haku's OD so overpowered? I haven't seen Mugan used much in Extend (I myself have never used it playing Haku) But does having all his specials available at once really make him that strong?
