When someone posts a stupid thread, don't reply to it. Don't warn them that they're about to earn my unending wrath. Don't joke about how retarded they or their thread are. Don't post image macros, /facepalm, or other stupid shit like that. Do try to salvage the thread, if anything there is worth salvaging. If a worthwhile discussion can be brought out of a stupid thread, that's a good thing. When someone posts a reply that isn't on-topic, don't reply to it. Once someone goes off-topic, it's usually a Lemmings-esque jump to having everyone off-topic. This is okay in general discussion threads - but we don't have those anymore. Feel free to remain on the thread's actual topic, though. If you must acknowledge the post, tell them to remain on topic, or to create a new thread for their topic if it merits discussion. On that note, If you have a new topic to discuss, make a new thread. It's not hard, just click the button. Make a post with useful or relevant info, or that thoroughly asks the question or explains the point you're trying to make. If your thread is dumb, I'll let you know, and you can avoid that topic in the future. Before you make a thread, use the search function. Duplicate threads are worse than stupid threads, especially if it's a duplicate of a stupid thread.

"This time would be different" could've referred to this attempt at destroying a branch of the NOL. He had destroyed several branches up to that point.

Ideally you'd start another thread for that. This one's pretty much settled - it's just being dragged off-topic now.

The point is, it's mostly allowed. Anything beyond that is moot.

On pads, really? I find that kind of surprising, actually.

You'll want to check with your local scene to make sure, but for the most part I think any binding that can be done in options is legal when you're on a pad. It's macros that are banned. So a Roman/Rapid Cancel button is (usually) fine, for example. I've actually never seen that sort of thing banned anywhere, come to think of it. Not in GG/BB anyway.

You can't ignore the fact that her best attack mode hurts her every time she uses it, three knockdowns means you're dead, and that if you fuck up it becomes obscenely difficult for you to get back on the offensive, just because you can apparently RTSD perfectly. Who are you playing against, what's your actual win percentage? How well are you really doing with this character that you seem to think is so easy? Furthermore, if you're going to consistently inhibit discussion with "well in my opinion you're wrong," then we'd be better off if you just left the discussion alone. It's not adding anything.

The Aztec scene is Tomb Raider concept art, but I can't say for sure which one. Also I do believe Mr. Oso is correct on the second scene. It does look neat, though. I'm leaning towards #4 myself. #2 with some touching up could look very awesome. #3 was mostly for giggles.
