His instant kill looks pretty awesome. As expected he's pretty much all mid-range, with Koromaru acting like Ignis. He definitely looks interesting, I'll try him out.
-
I assume you mean Mitsuo? And yes, Wiping all out is an awesome song.
-
I am 99.8% sure that this is a furious action (blue health). It looks like it has great vertical range and sub-par horizontal. Koromaru's definitely looking more like an assist now, which explains how Ken only has two cards. Can't wait to see the Zio and Agi supers in motion!

A series of OVAs covering the gag reels might have turned out better actually.

So many characters I want to pick up in P4AU...and there's still a chance of Adachi getting in too. At this point, we can only wait and see what is Koro-chan's bar about. Could be a health bar, could be a gauge similar to Valkenhayn's. As for the story screenshot, it's kinda sad that a middle schooler seems to have been brought in for the mission, whereas Junpei just stumbled upon it by accident. And Theodore is there too eh, adding this to Persona Q, I guess the guy is canon then.

I don't know about the others, but I can tell you that generally speaking, Makoto's overhead (6B) leaves an opening for a DP at least.
-
What if that's actually the plan? To rush people to buy it before it's removed from the store? Psychological manipulation.
-
I'm looking forward to screenshots of his older self, period. I wonder if Koromaru some kind of assist character, or if the two of them are played simultaneously like the Ice Climbers from Smash Bros or those two siblings from Chaos Code. Either way, now we have every (still living) playable character from Persona 3 and 4, the hype keeps growing!

Sufficient. If only they didn't patch Ragna's swearing ...

Kicking out another player just because they don't play in your preferred language is dumb and petty. Both versions are amazing and I love hearing either the english or the japanese voice actors, even Bang's new voice I'm slowly warming up to...slowly. Though I do wish you could change individual voices (make it happen Xrd!)

[CP1.1] Makoto Nanaya's Gameplay Discussion - When's 2.0?
LeDom replied to HiagoX's topic in Makoto Nanaya
For the TK DP, the solution really is to just practice it until you can do it on reaction. Just do it on its own a few times and then try it mid-combo. I had trouble doing it at first too but now it feels smooth and natural. Also: Yazumatto: I agree with everyone else; this IS a pretty damn sweet avatar! -
I'm realizing now how obnoxious it is to fight Terumis after Terumis....when 75% of the ranked matches I get are against him there's a problem.
-
Those fan throws...Like Luminos pointed out, Golden Arena looks like a great way to kill time. I can tell I'd probably try it with every character just to see how they all look buffed up.

Montreal: Le Thread Generale Pour Weeaboo Fighters

People would rather win than lose, but winning isn't required to have fun. -
Mitsuru I can kinda see since they're both charge characters. Kanji...not so much XD Funny enough, now that I look at it, his drive has a similar mechanic as Noel's. You could say that Noel is like driving an automatic car, whereas Kakura is a manual.

If every dub only tried to emulate the original cast, then they would all be inferior by default. Sugita is the best there is at Sugiting; if Patrick Seitz only tried to impersonate him when voicing Ragna, I wouldn't hear Ragna, I'd just hear an american guy trying to sound like a japanese voice actor. When the english dub does things differently however, it means that (ideally) people can enjoy both versions for different reasons.

If we go with SMT logic, Hama+Mudoon are always instant death (provided you hit) unless the enemies null/reflect it, which all bosses do. Golden Lizzie looks like a boss in every sense of the term so I'm 98% sure those moves are ineffective.
-
In golden arena, each of Yukiko's hits inflicted Rage. Does that mean you can more or less change your character's weapon which gives bonus stats or status effect? Definitely getting the RPG vibes, it's pretty much BB abyss mode with even more depths. I can see myself playing through it a lot!
-
I can see the Dizzy/Mu-12 references as well as other details that give her a more unique touch (that blue shield for instance, I'm sure we'll learn what it does soon enough) and what was that super at 2:30? Is it incomplete? All that happened is that the screen went black and then the opponent was damaged... I actually expected an instant kill for a moment. I also wonder when (and if) they'll stop teasing Adachi in a cryptic manner and confirm him.
-
True, sorry about that. It would be silly to assume that a character is overpowered when we don't even have an official movelist.
-
Now that's a relief. The only attack that I can think of (correct if I'm wrong people) that inflicts the rage status is Teddie's DP and you can't combo from it. Any Rage Reset combo would have the potential to break the game in half, worse than Chie's Power Charge+ Rampage pre-patch.

I have a few weird cases: I ADORE Laura Bailey's Luna, but her Sena is a different story. I used to like Doug Stone's Valk better because he sounded more like a mild-mannered butler like I picture him whereas he sounded a bit more...cranky in Japanese. But as of CP, it's pretty much the other way around, oddly enough. The pathetic non-filtered howl might have affected my tastes as well. But Tager is the reason why I'll always keep the game in english (biased towards any dub that has Jamieson Price in it)

No, westerners don't deserve to understand more of Blazblue's plot. But seriously though, it would definitely be great if we all gave Mori the confirmation that, yes, we would be interested in reading the novels.
