Saya also briefly appears (with a face) in the Alter Memory anime when Jin has a flashback. As expected, she basically looks identical to Noel. The story itself is called Evergreen Eyes and I think it appears in the 25th Arc Anniversary Book (although if anyone can correct me on that, please go ahead!). It also comes along with The Scarlet Rose short story, too. My favourite part of the story is when Saya notices something rustling in the forest and Ragna just tells her its a rabbit and to not pay attention to it. That "rabbit" was Rachel

I think it's pretty unlikely that BE took place in 1996 or earlier. If XB takes place around 2050 and Mei Amanohokosaka is 15 then it's way more likely that BE takes place between XBlaze and the Phase Shift novels since she is somewhat present in the BE novels. Not to mention that Relius is described to be around his late teens/early twenties in BE, so he'd be dead by the time the Dark War rolled around if it was that early

Straightened it out for you. Ragna lost his memories at the end of CPEX. Naoto doesn't have an Azure Grimoire, and Terumi isn't his real name. Yuuki Terumi is just an alias, so it's unlikely he's related to Naoto.

Litchi still has a lot of relevance, just not in the main plot. The whole Arakune and Litchi subplot is one of my favourite parts of BlazBlue, and I imagine it might reach its conclusion in CF.

Nope. Homura is the Imperator now, Izanami declared it herself, and Hibiki's report at the end of CP detailed how Homura was managing to keep the NOL together despite the difficult times.

Eh, I doubt it. Bloodedge Experience takes place in October which is Rachel's birth month. We've never so much as heard about Rachel having a sister so speculation assumes that Raquel somehow becomes Rachel or something along those lines.

The timeline shebang was only briefly touched upon in Lost: Memories. Imouto and Me exist in a timeline parallel to the one where the XBlaze cast exist. If Imouto and Me are the Celica and Konoe that we know then that's the BB timeline that exists parallel to XBlaze's. However, Bloodedge Experience has Mei, Valkenhayn, Relius, and Clavis in it. Since its got characters from both timelines, we don't know which one it truly belongs to, but because it's called BlazBlue: Bloodedge Experience and not XBlaze: Bloodedge Experience, I'd argue it's safer to assume it's a part of the BlazBlue timeline and the Mei in BE is the Mei that's parallel to the one we know in XB. Or something like that. It's not well explained.

Naoto's relatives are already established: Mei Amanohokosaka, Tenjou Amanohokosaka, Homura Amanhokosaka, Saya Terumi, Haruka Hayami, and Yuki Hayami. It's much more likely to be Rachel's doing since she appears at the beginning of BE1 using phenomenon intervention to look at Naoto and then disappears. Why she did this hasn't been explained yet, and the BE series as a whole hasn't been wrapped up, so we can probably expect a BE3 novel to explain why Naoto is currently in the present day

The last part narrated by Nine seems to indicate that Izanami will be defeated at some point in CF
