Sad to say i haven't played in a while and i'm out of practice awaiting for the 1.1 patch, i read somewhere it is dropping tomorrow? If so i'm def going to enjoy the stronger May, is there any confirmation to this?

yea, i was wondering wtf was going on in training mode, til i realized that noel actually goes HIGHER on 214A and lands late, but learning to buffer the 2B actually did me wonders after i found out. Pretty dumb logic imo, but then again, fuck tager. lol

j.c has extremely good priority over many moves, and j.a and j.b is good to combo tager while landing.

some of the throws i wasn't because i wasn't expecting the grab, in the hakumen match for example, a lot of hakumens tend to love throwing, so i threw it out expecting a throw escape. However, yea out of reaction i should be doing the 214C after throws. I'm still working on my whiffed 6Cs.

If you have a vewlix cab w/ blaz in it, those are default square gates, square gates are always the default. If say you need to borrow a stick from someone, chances are they'll have the square gate. Personally, i've never tried an octo-gate, but i am way used to a square gate, and friends who i borrow a stick from have square gates as well. I guess it's just a matter of getting used to, I just like the default preference.

new guy here, long time May player, i couldn't help to laugh at how useful 5HS is on the CH, the second she staggers someone (works midscreen or corner) run in 5S > 5HS > 2D > FB HS H.Dolphin > 5S > 5HS > HS V.Dolphin. On anyone (cept potemkin it does 194), it does 226 damage. Even works on that fatass Ky. Not hard to do at all, and the damage is stupid. atm i lack a stick so i'm having a hard time throwing in the JI after the last hit for some extra goodies.
