Wish we could've seen that fafnir RC > 5H combo, assume that was gonna go into GV and maybe 1 or 2 SW. Not sure but the bounce off normal hit BB looks kinda hard to combo after from midscreen, they fall pretty quick.

The wiki list is currently more up to date. http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=Yu_Narukami_%28P4Arena%29 but it hasn't been updated with anything recent yet, like all the OMB stuff.

Speaking of which, I noticed an easy situation you can go for the late hit meaty 214A/A+B so you can combo after with no meter. After 214D if you dash and do it immediately (and they teched immediately) you'll get the late hit/block.

Oh lol. We had 13 enter, and had 3-4 more come later on for casuals.
-
So I guess you all went to NY had a surprisingly decent turn out for persona anyway

Cool I was wondering about that. I thought it had a different sound/effect than it used to on block but wasn't sure til I watched it again.

Yeah I'm just glad he can't do the same combo after slidehead. Did anyone else see him do that corner pot buster into like 2-3 air pot busters? Did like 70%

Just tried it, and unless I'm doing something wrong it's like the FC 2C combo Kikuichimonji posted: FC 2C > 214B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214B > 5D - (4048) FC 2C > 214B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214B > 5AAA / j.236236C - (4437) / (4959) FC 2C > 214B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214A > 214214C - (5736) where Ziodyne doesn't combo if you do all those dives. Looks like it's pretty much the same combo which is nice, except you have to add a 5B in the middle to get them higher. To end in 5AAA/Ziodyne you have to end after the first 2B > j.C > j.214A (but you can use B version here for a bit more damage or 5D oki ender). Doing the last 2B > j.C > j.214A only lets you get CS to end it. Damage numbers I'm getting: FC 214B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > 5B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214B > 5D - (3922) FC 214B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > 5B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214B > 5AAA / j.236236C - (4311) / (4833) FC 214B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > 5B > 5C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214B > 2B > j.C > j.214A > 214214C - (5610) borrowing from the AoA combo SKD posted recently, looks like you can get more damage if you know specifically what you want to end with from the start. FC 214B > 5C > j.214B > 5B (or 2B) > 5C > delay j.B > j.BB > j.214A > 5B (or 2B) > j.C > j.214B > 5D - (3994) FC 214B > 5C > j.214B > 5B (or 2B) > 5C > delay j.B > j.BB > j.214A > 5B (or 2B) > 5C > sj.B > j.BB > j.B+D > j.236236C - (5053) and I couldn't get more than the other ending in CS using the j.BB thing. same combo for FC 2C makes 5D ender do 4219, Ziodyne ender do 5268. and here's fun OMB throw combos: C+D (OMB) > 5D > dash 2A+B > 214B > 5DD > (214B hits) > dash 2B > j.C > j.214A > 5AAA / CS - (3480) / (4249) C+D (OMB) > 5D > dash 2A+B > 214B > 5DD > (214B hits) > dash 5B > 5C > j.B > j.BB > j.B > j.C > j.B+D > j.236236C - (4293) j.C+D (OMC) > 2B > 5C (OMB) > 5D > dash 2A+B > 214B > 5DD > (214B hits) > dash 2B > j.C > j.214A > 5AAA / CS - (4793) / (5704) j.C+D (OMC) > 2B > 5C (OMB) > 5D > dash 2A+B > 214B > 5DD > (214B hits) > dash 5B > 5C > j.B > j.BB > j.B > j.C > j.B+D > j.236236C - (5748) You can substitute 5B for 2A+B in these to make them easier at slightly less damage.

PSN Ranbats - Questionare and Interest check
VR-Raiden replied to MikelAL93's topic in P4A Online Play
I vote for PSN chatroom, for all the reasons people have been saying. It would make things much simpler. -
I actually started doing the combo without IAD'ing, personally find it easier to jump cancel the 5C and delay j.B > slight delay j.BB > immediate j.214A. You can do the same combo, dunno maybe that will help. The j.214A hits them kinda above you so you land early enough to 5B. Really glad this combo is optimal btw, hate doing TK dives if I can help it
-
When I'm doing it they're air teching after the sweep. Make sure you have air tech set on. EDIT: Nevermind, tried it some more and I was sweeping too early. But we must be getting different damage numbers, the combo SKD posted: 5B 5C IAD jBB j214A 2B jC j214B 5D I'm getting 2981. Dust, D, 2B, 5B, 5C, TK B Dive, 2B, 2C, Sweep I'm getting 2962.
-
off 214D in corner you can't get safe jump j.B like off 214C, but you can go for a meaty 214A/A+B, move in and apply pressure, sit back and bait them trying to escape corner, etc. The oki is pretty good if it ends in the corner, midscreen it's not an ideal knockdown.

GGs ScrubSaibot, Duckator, Sigfried527, and anyone else. Shoutouts to netplay overheads.

From what I've found testing in training, you can only safely do the 5D after a j.214B (j.214A+B) that hits low enough that they can't air tech. From j.214A, the 5D can't hit meaty, I assume cuz Yu takes longer to reach the floor and set 5D. I tested this by recording and trying to jump back after ground teching. Also tried reversal B+D with Yu and you can block in time. also I'll try to work on the formatting, a lot of the combos get redundant, just from a different starter. EDIT: Think I'm going to do away with the format and just list the combos, after seeing it that way I agree it's actually harder to follow the way I had it before. Should make it easier to reorganize or copy combos too.
