I'm guessing this awesome Sol that's been showing up in recent vids is roi. The combo at 0:53:00 is godlike, poor Faust and his fat clean hit area.

I see, no wonder I didn't see it very often. That's cool they added that, thanks.

What is it exactly that causes the character portrait to flash red? I see it sometimes when they're low on life but not always.

You mean how to cross up after 5D? If so, there are a number of ways. j.B (jump cancel forward over them) > 5DD, A+C roll through them > 5DD, dash 2A+C short hop over if they're crouching > 5DD, close up 214B goes over > 5DD, air dash over > 5DD. 5DD is the most likely thing to hit when crossing up after 5D, since you can make it hit quicker than yourself doing an air turn then attacking.

Reminded me of something I wanted to know, I somehow had 150 meter in a match and landed a ground hit CH Ziodyne near corner, sure I could've killed but did a horrible combo off it and ended up losing the round. So here's the strongest I could find in that situation: Ziodyne (OMC) > j.214B (during) > 214B (after) > 5B > 5C > sj.B > j.BB > j.B+D > Ziodyne - 4638 (5093 on CH) or you wanna end in 5D oki for some reason Ziodyne (OMC) > 214B (during) > 5A+B (after) > 5D - 2852 (3307 on CH)

Not quite sure what you mean, I can't think of any combos where you can't let both hits of the B+D before going to Ziodyne. I agree, unless its for the kill, or when you know they'll go into awakening during your combo and can't kill from it and just want to take as much pre-awakening life as possible.

If you or anyone has any combos better than the ones listed, or any that you think should be added, by all means post them in here and I'll update the list when I get around to it. Pretty positive a few in there could be improved, and it doesn't have combos listed from some common starters still. I want it to have all the best combos from common starters, since there isn't really a list like that on either main P4A forum yet.

Aigis can reversal backdash out of 5D oki when in Orgia mode. She is in a counter hit state until the peak of the dash, then has the option of attacking/blocking/moving again. To punish it midscreen, you can dash CH j.B or CH 2B > 5DD > some weird combo if you're close enough. In corner, you can CH 2B or CH airthrow it. Airthrow punish is nice since you can actually attempt a jump in mix up after 5D, then see if she backdashed and grab her. also, EX Zio seems ok sometimes in this match. It'll go through 2B and hit/paralyze her if she does it at a range where you couldn't punish her hard by rolling through it.

Punish it with CH 5C/214A or FC 2C. Wait til he waves his kunai down twice, that's around when the active frames end. Baiting it isn't much different from other characters with counter type B+D, try to figure out common situations where they like to use it, if any. Like if you do a safe jump j.B, and they start deciding not to respect it and reversal B+D every time. Smarter players wouldn't resort to that often though since all you have to do to punish that is not do the j.B.

Ziodyne seems useful in this match. It will CH for a good chunk of damage if she attempts any persona moves in lots of situations. But she can punish with her laser or worse so don't get carried away.

Apparently, you can 2A+C between her 5C > 2C since it's low invulnerable immediately. If you're close enough you get a CH j.B, which you can cancel into j.BB to make the landing recovery shorter so it's easier to combo from. After she gets her persona behind you with 1/2/3D, if they cancel to 5C or 2C there is a gap. You can either A+C and hit her or CH Ziodyne/Cross Slash after blocking the 1/2/3D.
