There are still four fuzzy TVs at the edges of the character select screen, but I doubt they'll be filled. Also, it's pretty great that P$ will appear in the console version. Means nobody will have to go through Score Attack to unlock stuff again.

Kinda sneaky how they used the stage/BGM select to obscure the middle of the character select screen. Any thoughts on why they did that?

It probably isn't Atom Smasher. If it was, it would have inflicted Fear like it does in P4, but I don't see any telltale signs of the opponent being affected by it. That, or the super isn't over yet, but who knows?

Rise, Kenomaru and Adachi make 3. There's still one more character left to be revealed, and they're almost certainly related to P3.

People saw how Adachi could only afford stuff like cabbage and ran with it. Seems pretty simple to me.

I don't see any kind of hand grip on that gun, though I agree in that it's hard to tell if there actually is one or not. Need another scan, just to be sure.

Even at the farthest ranges possible, you can still combo an AoA into AoR. If anything, Ken might have been too early; I think it's because the Korospin hits a few times immediately after the AoA connects.

Huh. At about 0:43 in the Ken trailer, I noticed that the All-Out Rush didn't combo from the AoA thanks to Koro's spinning attack. I wonder if it's blockable in that circumstance.

The Answer is still a part of P3FES. It's not its own separate game. Also, considering that at the beginning of the credits video you show only shows the P3 logo, not the full P3FES logo, they may have decided not to alter the credits at all (especially after noting that FES was also released as an add-on disc in Japan).

Were Koromaru, Shinjiro, and Metis already at their Ultimate Persona stage, then? Because they only had the Persona they showed up in the party with as their silhouette. Also, FeMC only had fem!Orpheus in P3P's credits.

Messiah may be his Ultimate Persona. Nobody really knows yet. Literally every other Ultimate Persona in the Social Link era of the Persona series is obtained through story events or Social Links, whereas Messiah is only possible through fusion. The only way we'll know for sure if either is meant to be his Ultimate Persona is if he uses one of them in the last P3 movie.
