  1. Oh ok then. Yeah I won't deny Bang is stronger in the match up it's true. Don't misunderstand though, I don't hate zoners, but in general I personally just prefer not to fight them. That's why it's at the bottom of my list lol. But does that make sense?
  2. So I can't dislike a playstyle as long as the matchup with X character isn't bad with my MAIN?
  3. Because I'm deep in that close melee action? Hehe I do use Bang but that doesn't mean I like the zoner playstyle. Sorry pokemon but that's how I feel in every fighting game :L
  4. What I hate in order. 1. I HATE purple grabs. 2. People who never want to block are wack too. Like I don't want to play you anymore if all you want to do on wakeup is mash buttons but if its laggy I'll probably mash buttons too Kappa. 3. Zoners make me feel some type of way sometimes. I'm deep in that close melee action. Mu-12 is cool though.
  5. I think you can still be competitive with Tao if you really like her! (Me and my friend are trying to pick her up) Even Terumi players can win, its hard though so you gotta put in some work. I use Terumi a lot he's really fun lol I never used Celica but she can do some real big boy damage. It looks like she has a hard time pushing herself away from the person blocking her before she gets punished. BTW I use Bang and I recommend trying him out if you're interested in him. They reaaaally changed him and he's super fun too!
  6. A fullscreen corner carry combo
  7. Wow his jb (or was it jc?) has a weird hitbox behind him. I'm a little surprised how easy his loop combo is but he's still really fun. Especially stuff like 5b 5c 5d dash cancel 623c 5a 2c jb jc jb jc 623d. It would have felt uncomfortable for his 5b to not hit crouch but it looks weird when it does hit crouch lol
  8. Even though you're carrying knowledge from another version of BlazBlue, I think you should still finish the tutorial mode! Its pretty long but they cover everything you need to know, including the new features they added. If you're anything like me, you're not gonna absorb everything at once so just go back to certain parts every now and then to refresh your brain. After that, everything else gameplaywise you will learn through mistakes and you'll kind of pick up on your own. (Competitive answer) Also learning big strong combos are good, but you should learn what your character can do first. Like, see what move connects to what and see how far you can push yourself from the enemy when they're blocking you. Someone who knows how to pressure and block is scarier than someone who knows how to combo. Have fun
  9. Anyone know if one of those Banishing Fang attacks are overheads? And if jc is jump cancellable?
  10. Yeah I thought of a combo along those lines. I always did 5b 2b 6c IAD jb jc jd 5b 2b jump cancel jc IAD jc j2c j236a. I'm probably not the only one who knows this but fatal 3c 2b 6b 5b 2b 6b 2b 6b 5b 2b 5d > optional Its pretty cool to end the combo with daifunka but it doesn't really benefit you unless its gonna kill the enemy.
  11. Man I love all of you guys. I probably wouldn't know any of this stuff because I don't watch JP footage. Maybe one day, I'll meet some of you guys in-game and maybe we would rub each other the wrong way. So we might be enemies and hate each others guts. Maybe one person will get salty over the other. But the other half of me will still love you because you liek Bang. No homo
  12. Yeah that makes more sense. But what I meant was if the bumper was already there. Assuming you broke the opponents block with 5c overhead into 5d, you would use the bumper to reset yourself and do a combo meterless, unlike the present game. But if the enemy recovers quickly enough, then never mind lol
  13. I just had an idea for Bang in Extend. Because 5D can be just canceled, you can hop on the closest bumper (above you or closely next to you), and dash down to the enemy to do a combo. So during pressure: 5b > 5c > 5d > jump cancel > bumper3 > 5a > combo? Or does that give the enemy enough time to recover out of hitstun?
  14. I actually just went to your youtube channel SWD. Wow, you're such a great Bang player lol the corner bumper combo was so swag! My 2B keeps whiffing after 3C rapid, so I assume I gotta be quicker with my fingers.
  15. Yeah its 214A So wait, we gotta confirm 3C actually hits? How about 5B > 2B > 6C > 9bumper6 > jC > jump(after landing) > jC > IAD > jC > j2C > 236A. Using a bumper during a combo sounds sick though Also I discovered this cool combo where I throw in a j623C 5B > 2B > 6C > IAD > jC > j2C > 5A > 5B > jump cancel > jA > jB > JC > jump cancel > jC > j236A > j66 > j623C. By the time you hit j236A the enemy might recover and when if he does recover forward (in front of you), you can airdash to him and throw a 623C. What do you think?
