From what I've been seeing PS4 is being hit harder, but my mate on PS3 had similar issues so it's not entirely exclusive I have noticed it is not everyone that has it. So what's up and when fixed, no idea.

Something weird been going today. been getting huge delays anytime the game tries to connect, wether it is going into network, joing a lobby or readying up vs the opponent to when the match is finished, just seem to take forever. PSN notes that they know there have been issues this past week and they are looking into it. Also had twice this weekend that the game would not have any particle effects in any matches, very weird, was online and offline, not sure what was with that. Went away on restarting Xrd. All in all, been a weird week.

So yeah a lot has cleared up since hte previous issues, but I'm not getting any matches of 2-3f delay which is a pity, was testing with a mate of mine and like ferrio with his, my mate gets 2f delay on his ps3 and im 4-5f vs him. Also feels pretty doable. Been getting a lot more 4-5f matches going on, but still some people I know should be under 10f match me with much above it. But I am very much elated as this is already a much better situation than what it was.

Aye thats why it works for me, but one poster above you(@laban) has all and had the same issue as the rest. It's not universal, so I was pondering what it might be.

Okay had my first playable matches today, first time in a long time an opponent was listed as 4f(below 5 hadn't happened since patch). While the delay was of course not as solid as when fighting a 2-3f opponent pre patch, the lobby did list him as 3 bars and it wasn't the incredible delayed soup all post patch matches have been for me.Here's hoping this keeps up. It was nice to be able to do RRCs on reaction again and punish bursts :3

Post patch has been real hard for me(EU PS4), I could play some great games pre patch especially if delay was 2-5f it would be great,and though a struggle I could still even enjoy a match up to about early double digits(ranked was guaranteed 19f delay though Since the patch I haven't seen better than 5f, but thats besides the point as 5f-19f all feels the same, incredibly delayed. When a ky started antiairing my Millia on reaction with a dp I suddenly realised, hey, he isn't suffering form the same delay I've got here which sounds similar to that other ps3 vs ps4 match. I hope it's only temporary as I can't do anything online right now

also EU PS4 here, you are describing my exact experience since the patch. Before 2-5 felt great, anything above that was doable until double digits. Now i can't find anyone below 5 and it all feels like 15f+ from before. I will give credit that I've fought 19f that didn't feel worse than the 5f opponents so at least more stable, just an awful baseline. I've been hoping it's just been really distant players populating the eu lobbies, but it's been bad all day I hope they can pin this down, I had some pretty solid games previously.

Are you guys seeing a different woshige list? He has zato at S.

I really hope the console version has a matchup chart like the arcade does, just compiling every match ever(though probably ignoring offline matches :3. I'd also be interested if it would compile a matchup chart of all the matches of top 10 players of every character but that might be a bit too much too ask.
