I haven't had any issues before this patch and I had two freezes within 15 minutes after installing it. I guess it's just a coincident then; I just hope it doesn't happen again.

Is it just me or did the patch break the game? I suddenly get a lot of game freezes with no option but to turn off my PS3 by holding down the power button. Also having a lot of connection issues, but I guess that could just be PSN or something.

I have no idea what the update is about, but Marie is already on the disc, isn't she? If it's a dlc character it would make more sense if it's Margaret.

Play-asia just shipped out my copy some 10 minutes ago. With a little luck I might have the game before the weekend since delivery time is expected to be 1-3 days, but I'm a bit jealous of the people who went digital. Thanks for linking the character themes, Doobylover.

I just checked it and I see nothing but black. If I'm reading the schedule correctly it says that the main program is supposed to have started now (8PM in Japan). What gives? Edit: Nevermind. Now I'm getting the whole niconico premium stuff instead.

What are the odds of Atlus answering an email/tweet/whatever asking whether the Japanese version is region locked or not? If I was proficient in Japanese I would give it a try and ask. If the first game is anything to go by, they announced the region lock something like 3-4 weeks before the Japanese release. Since we are about a week away from the release of the sequel now it seems reasonable to assume that they won't tell us at all. So I'm afraid that you're going to be right; we likely won't know until it's out.

Same here. I wanted to pre-order a physical copy, but the whole uncertainty regarding the region lock sure is discouraging. It looks like we might not know for sure before the release.

Uncivilized Elk, you should probably consider taking your comments to the Zepp Museum subforum. I don't believe this thread is the right place to complain about story mode related things.

So I was sitting here considering if I should pre-order the game. Have they said anything at all about whether they'll region lock the Japanese version or not? I searched this thread, but all I found was speculation. I'd like to know this before I place an order that can't be cancelled.

It seems reasonable to assume that the super targets Minerva so perhaps Celica just turns toward Minerva when performing the super as part of the animation. Who knows though, perhaps Minerva is the character you control and Celica is the "puppet." Both would explain the characters' positioning, though the latter might not be very probable.

Except MC, feMC and Shinji.. Oh and Metis, but no one cares about her. I'm aware that it's pretty unlikely that they'll try to shoehorn one of the above into the game, especially since they are all gone one way or another; but I really wouldn't mind if they did. It's not like there's an abundance of choices left for P3 and P4 characters.

Yeah I was kicked out less than 30 seconds after the stream had started. I hate niconico so much.
