I mean the manga does gives us that Saya did had green eyes but it was from noel and it was non canon. Nu's soul and memories are really a piece of Saya's soul influence is the same thing. Saya as you said wasn't acting like herself as stated in the novels and Noel feeling pain seeing Izanami pretty sure that was a hint that Izanami was possessing Saya.
