I think it is the XBlaze timeline and also yeah Nu is technically saya but the real Saya is Noel/Mu Nu just simply has some fragments and Yeah Saya's original body does some memories which caused some problems for her so she decided to get it controled by getting Ragna on her side. The reason why Nu is so yandere is that Izanami and Terumi caused her some pain and twisted her a bit.

But the anime showed that in episode 3 Saya was walking casually with terumi,plus her eyes weren't shown, so Izanami must have been awakened termoraily and then went back to sleep until CS where she was fulled awaken. So does Hakumen know about Izanami possessing Saya? Also in Ep 12 of the anime Noel was in pain after seeing Izanami possesed Saya which seems to further the theroy of some of Saya's soul is within Noel.

I geuss Izanami took over Saya temporarily attacking Jin like a super powered evil side framing him for being a jerk as you said and To be fair Ragna did notice that Saya's personality changed a little but he decided it was no big deal.Also I think Saya did not tell him because she dosen't want him to worry.

Yeah I guess Saya was struggling to keep Izanami from fully controlling her with Jin trying to keep Izanami in check and it's only because of Terumi "breaking" her that Izanami had taken over.

Oh well that's not surprising. Hey guys I was on gamefaqs.com and some guy named souleater said that he always thought that Terumi had some god complex and if Soichiro really is Terumi then would be head cannon. The Thing that Bugs me Jin and Saya used to be really close but after she got Sick Jin hated her.So how did she get sick? Izanami trying to take over Saya's body and Jin did figured it out so Terumi had to erase that to just hating Saya. Although in Nu's story mode in Ct Jin mistook her for Saya so he did not entirely hated her.
