This matchup is getting frustrating for me. I get destroyed by almost every tager that I came across and I don't really know how to rush them down safely. I almost always mind game and play keep away in this match up. Is fighting him in the air the best way to get in on him? I noticed when he tried to grab me, I jump towards him and j.a/j.b/j.c is able to avoid and hit him. And what's the best strategy after he do gadget finger on me? And also what to do when he got me in a corner? I usually get 720 here T.T Please give me some strategy advice.

I don't really know if its the right thread as well. I figured I wanted advice on how to play better air game with Ragna so I posted here. Thanks, I think I'll try using more JAAA and see how it goes. I usually use J.C but I mostly get hit. J.D I seldom use it except in air combos but I discovered is really good against Tager and good overhead after 6D for pressuring. I need to cure my habit of relying on 5D a lot on dealing with jump ins

Hey guys, how do I improve my air-to-air fight with Ragna against players who like to jump really high and attack from above? I experienced this a lot online with Hazama, Rachel, Kagura, Azrael and maybe Arakune. Usually I try to fight them by remaining on the ground with D ID, 5D and 6A because I always get destroyed when I try to get them in the air. I think I'm weak fighting in the air, is there any way I can improve on this?

Everybody decided to go random in team battles even if there was enough numbers to even out on both sides. Then someone unfortunately end up alone in one team

I just happened to have met a friend who is into anime games in uni and playing blazblue often as well. Another friend got into this game because of us lol. I wish I can play Rachel now >. < I'm terrible with her. I personally find her really difficult to learn. I can't seem to wrap my head around her playstyle. Lol XD the hatemail you got from rampage chuck is funny XD I got one similar to puppet trainee after he/she lost. Mine told me off that I am a scrub who only knew how to mash and I should learn properly. Then we had a psn mail argument match after I called him a sore loser lol

I will definitely continue to main Litchi because... Tsubame Gaeshi! :D Blazblue... destroying friendships XD Nevermind, at least I have someone to practice Azrael with. I still enjoy playing offline with people more than online. I know of EXonestar, he is awesome. Read many posts he wrote on dustloop. However, I don't think I'll be able to meet him due to my internship and location

Thanks, I feel empowered after reading your reply. I feel bad lately because I felt like I'm loosing people to play with both offline and online for playing Litchi. I got friends offline who outright told me that they refuse to play against me if I pick Litchi. So I just play Ragna and Azrael with them now. In netplay, I started getting hatemails, rage quits and kicked out of rooms. I don't have this problem when I used to play Ragna more. Nevertheless, I won't give up on Litchi. I find her playstyle really fun I can understand why people would hate murakumo units and arakune more XD Zoners in general are hard to get into. When I first started playing BBCT on PC, I played Ragna and all I get was Nu-13 and arakune. How much I suffered lol. My Ragna was always in the air I learned to deal with them after I learned Litchi. I'm thankful I still main Litchi in BBCP, the matchups with murakumo units and Arakune is not as hard as with Ragna. However, I'm also lucky I didn't run into many good Arakune online. Usually I have people who use him to fight against my Litchi because they want a story mode fight XD I always win those matches muahahaha :P

Getting hated on for using Litchi. Sigh... I don't understand the hate when I'm not even a good at her. I only ever get hatemails when playing her.

Pink and orange square players who fear losing so much that they disconnect everytime they are about to lose. One of them did that and send hatemail insulting my playstyle while still in the room. After kicking him, he still come back. Seriously, that's annoying.

I really hate this and it also painfully remind me how bad I am at fighting my own main character >.<

I still got no strategy against smart hakumens who can tech most of my grabs and have really good defense. I just learn one thing is stop moving when I got a feeling they are going to do Yukikaze or astral XD

I saw many Ragnas rushed him down aggressively only to have him turn the tables later towards the end of the match with his reversal supers which made me hesitant to rush him down >. < I think I haven't seen a Ragna online that won a match against a good hakumen... Also, I think I may be too predictable against him as well because I haven't finish learning all of Ragna's combos. Yeah, I would like to grind this match up with you. Do you play during the weekends?

Can someone give me advice on how to get in on a good hakumen that like to turtle a lot, please? This is the match-up that I have the most trouble for and I don't know how to really play against him. His counters and reversal abilities made me wary of rushing him down and they knew it. After they get a few hits in they either wait for me to come to them or wait for the time to run out T.T
