  1. EXVSFB is a great game, imo it's the best licensed Gundam game available. But it's completely different from Virtual-On mechanics-wise. SEGA hinted at something for the 20th anniversary of OMG next year, but knowing SEGA it's probably nothing at all. Still pretty bitter about how the most notable things with Virtual-On they've done recently are the PSO2 costumes/lobby. I remember mechadamashii had posted a 4gamer interview with Juro Watari from a year or two ago where he had no comment on a new game or rumors that G.rev was working on the next game. I'm sure those were just rumors, but I think if anyone could do a new Virtual-On, it would G.rev
  2. ...but if it sounds better to them :V
  3. IT'S NOT THE SAAAAAAAAME
  4. I think someone from TYPE-MOON or French Bread had said anything with Melty Blood wouldn't happen until after the Tsukihime remake. so probably never
  5. Heard it runs better than the PS2 version, too :V
  6. I think there is. There's also split screen where you can choose to have a CPU partner or play 1v1.
  7. They should remove every character except Taiga and Shana and call it Kugimiya Fighting Climax, or KFC for short.
  8. Mechanically, it's Force (slower movement, delayed Watari dash, etc.), but it tries to be a sort of action-adventure type of game. Virtual-On mechanics just don't belong in that kind of single-player setting.
  9. that's all of the important ones :P assuming you even consider Marz a Virtual-On game, that's 75% of them.
  10. The guys over at Oratan try to get some VOOT games up on XBLA every now and then, they're the ones who attended the last two Vector Strikes at Super Arcade. One of them made a Facebook group to get games going. Unfortunately, I don't own a 360 so I can't play VOOT but I plan on getting OMG on PSN eventually.
  11. Like the Slayer song. o:
  12. There's that nice Slagcoin page that talks about the differences. I've seen people say that some of the numbers on that page aren't quite right, but I dunno anything about that.
  13. My brother and I were in a similar situation. I went with the Q1 and he got the V3. The V3's buttons aren't too great, but the cord is longer. Q1's stock parts are better, not too great but they're also much easier to swap out. V3's a fair bit smaller and lighter, and there's no cord compartment so it feels a bit sturdier, actually.
  14. I just made myself a second Bandai Namco account and set its region to Asia. :P 800x600 1024x768 1280x1024 1920x1080 1920x1200 They only had those resolutions.
  15. (ignlol) The Steam re-release was also handled by Kiss Ltd. but both companies are based in the UK.
  16. The mode button on Qanba sticks changes the joystick's functionality from D-pad to left analog, but usually both work in menus :V
